Staff does not pick up the phone. Does not know banking policies and is completely confused and overwhelmed. Bank somewhere else.

Terrible Service, wasted a lot of time attempting to open a business account, something that should be a fairly simple process. Very unprofessional. Zero accountability. Citibank should be able to do better. Time is very valuable, taking my business elsewhere. Im sure it’s not all branches but this branch left a bad taste.

Ahmad Lone (It's the name of the person in the office that we had to wait for), made us wait an hour in that office, an hour! I had an appointment scheduled at 3pm it was 4pm when I left. That man told us to give him a few minutes and then he went to see other people in the winged office. It's a shame that this bank have people like that working there. It's the worst service in NY.

The worst Citibank on New York please please do not go there. Your money is not saving. They play too much games. I go there to tell them to add a new account but instead they close my old account and opened the new account without me, knowing they need to know how to do their job right because they’re very low educated

This bank never has enough staff. It couldbe completely empty, and you will still have to wait for help. This is why citi banks are disappearing.

I am a citibank customer and this office is closer to me because of my work, but they almost never help me resolve anything, I ran out of a card and I needed to make a transfer to another person's account and without an ID they do not assist you, present the ID from New York and that it was not possible, because they do not think more about the client and look for alternatives to verify that it is the real client, with the system data, for example, to ask some questions, but they did not give me a solution to my request, He doesn't like the attention of those people.

Been there twice, both times there was basically no line, 2-3 people, and still insanely slow.both times the same teller talks to me like I’m a piece of trash. Citi is evil, it’s just a job, you don’t owe me anything. Except humanity.For the religious, I’d say plexiglass won’t keep God from judging you for that. If not, I’d say to not be confused if people don’t treat you now you’d like.

Staff is always walking around but no one is at the desk helping clients. Everytime you come here count on waiting at least 30 minutes...2 tellers and a line of 5-7 people. If thats the case save money and shorten staff.
