Horrible location. The pharmacy ignores you while they pretend to put stuff away. The woman had the same bag in her hand the whole time. Refused to answer questions and just directed me to the pad. Horrible horrible horrible.

Tried to refill my meds and got a text alert that it was out of stock. Called repeatedly over the next few days for more information about when it would be back with no one picking up or calling back. Went in person and they said they didnt know what I was talking about and they were filling it now. Dont know why I was never notified that it was back in stock or being filled. Absolutely no human communication from this pharmacy.

Today, 06/30/2024, I was in the store located on Wyckoff avenue and Myrtle, and in a few minutes I had a very unpleasant experience with one of its employees (tall woman, dressed in black) who was in charge of opening the stores. doors to deliver the products, she had a very bad attitude, the first time I didn't call her but she happened to be there and she handed me a product with a bad attitude and without saying hello, then she passed by me, and even though she saw me she almost pushed me , even though I was walking on one side of the hallway and respecting the space, I later asked for a product again and she ignored it (she was not busy, she was talking to the guard) with no intention of serving the customers who were ringing He even looked at me. I don't usually leave bad reviews on anyone and I understand that the staff tends to be busy at times but this employee is really earning a salary for serving customers badly, discriminating against them with her bad attitude and bad temper and talking to the guard for a long time while there is clients waiting.

Just had one of the worst racism experiences ever at this CVS. I was at the store with my partner and as we walked in the security guard decided to stop us mid sentence to loudly and rudely interrupt us while we’re talking to introduce himself to us in a way that any POC will recognize as a dog whistle way of saying “I’m watching you.” Then as we were shopping he stalked down the aisles following us and finally as I was getting a drink from the cooler, I turn around and he’s standing directly behind me with a cvs cashier staring directly at us. I asked him what his problem was and he loudly starts shouting “are you doing okay??” I said, “ Are you okay? why are you following us?” To which he loudly accused me, “I thought I saw you slip something in your jacket.” Offended and embarrassed by the scene he was causing I replied “I come in here all the time, I live 2 blocks away and I don’t appreciate you following us.” He then continued to be hostile and escalate by taunting “I hope you appreciate it because I keep this place clean!!” At this point I dropped everything I was going to buy and immediately left. Idk where they hired this power-drunk racist security officer from but I will never come back to a CVS because of this and I used to come here multiple times a week after the gym. Never again CVS, this is not how you treat your paying customers.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy. One of the pharmacy technicians was an absolute jerk. She was judgmental and rude when I tried to pick up something OTC and asked why I don't get a prescription as if incompetent doctors and pharmacy back orders aren't a thing.....This location will do everything within its power to inconvenience you. Their store phone operation is meant to put you in circles until the point you have to either give up or it just ends the call on you, and even if you can somehow reach a representative, they're gonna be the least helpful person ever. Do not send your prescriptions here unless it's an absolute last resort.Awful experiences abound here.

No pharmacy is perfect, so expect long waiting times. But this is clearly a great team who cares about helping people. They did everything they could to get my out of pocket price down and we're communicative and nice the whole time. They made a very stressful process a lot better than many pharmacies I've been to.

Seriously fuck this place. Every time I go there they throw a new policy at me. Today I had a very tight schedule and now suddenly they close mid today for an hour. I can't remember what the bullshit new policy they threw at me last time I went here was, but I recall even the person at the register apologizing and being embarrassed about it. Honestly I think people who do reviews of places should get a life, but this place sucks so much I needed to yelp about it.

THERE IS ALWAYS A LINE ON 20+ PEOPLE. Pharmacist are very slow and not doing anything to fast track the line that you will wait 40-50 minutes on a good day. Switch to Duane Read next door.
