Would not help my step father get his correct medication. Only answered by saying call your doctor. They do not help the elderly. Gave wrong medication gave three different antibiotics to not needed towed to throw away the ones that needed. Manager was unhelpful. He leaving this pharmacy and going somewhere else.

I DONT APPRECIATE PICKING UP AN ORDER AFTER RECEIVING MESSAGE THAT ORDER IS READY. I HAVE SERIOUS INFECTION AND HAD TO PLAN OUT MY TRIP THERE BY PULLING STRINGS AND GATHERING GIFT CARDS. WHEN I GOT THERE, THEY PROCESSED MY BLEACH BUT DO NOT HAVE MY SUPPLEMENT PROBIOTIC THAT HELPS MY CDIFF(WHICH IS A DEADLY INFECTION). THEY CAN ONLY KEEP REPLYING AT EASE A STATEMENT THAT PRETTY MUCH REPEATS: "UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT AND YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND FOR FEW DAYS". IT IS SO IRREPSONSIBLE AND TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! WASTED AND CHEATED OUT OF MY TIME AND MY TRIP WITH OUTRAGEOUS TIME AND STRESS. THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL AND TOLD ME UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE UNABLE TO CALL THEIR CORPORATE AND WOULD GIVE ME THE NUMBER TO CALL FOR MYSELF TO GET ANY KIND OF ASSISTANCE. THAT GUY DEFINITELY IS YOUNG AND SHOULD BE CUSTOMER SERVICING!

Super long wait standing for meds on the line workers are so slow and a few times they only gave me some meds and not the others I had to go back. It’s so annoying and a waste of time especially when sick !

Terrible service employees are lazy and are constantly on their phone since most items are locked its almost impossible to shop quickly since the associates refuse to open multiple fixtures and instead want you to ring the bell for each item. On monday an associate refused to open more than one fixture for me and whispered profanityas I walked away. I have complained to the district manager.This store has an incredible level of professionalism I will never shop here again. Go to any other pharmacy you will save time money and won't deal with incompetent and rude employees

Zero sense of urgency, i waited almost THIRTY minutes to get my tamaflu and there's still a line to the front of the store. There's no excuse for this when ALL 3 REGISTERS ARE OPEN !!!! Im finding another pharmacy to deal with because they SUCK !!!

Walking in the store I was immediately greeted by the manager and I told him wow the store looks amazing like a grand opening. The store associate recommended a hello kitty projector because I’m always looking for hello kitty items. Purchased the item and applied my coupon. Can’t wait to see my granddaughter reaction

That’s very bad service I have never seen! They sale the bottles of water but if’s you return to the empty bottles they didn’t welcome! Today I returned bottles waiting for 30 minutes! The store manager was very bad! I am first here but she takes care every laterally come people! She just wants people paying the money and not return bottles! That’s store only the money! Very lower quality service! And very badly manage!

CVS on fresh pond road and metropolitan avenue has been my best #1 store for their great customer service like Margaret and Jade also the store never fails me in savings. 👍🏼⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All products I needed were available and easy to locate; when I pressed the button for assistance, it was immediate. The employee was kind and helpful.
When I checked out, the employee was respectful and informed me that I had additional coupons that I could use for my purchase. Everything was seamless.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AT THIS LOCATION!!! I bought a gift card here and when I opened it at home the numbers were scratched off the card so I couldnt redeem it. When I took the card back the cashier immediately told me to call the number on the card and they do not give refunds. At the same time she said they stopped selling amazon cards for the same reason. This is apart of a scam. ALMOST EVERYTHING IS UNDER LOCK DOWN EXCEPT FOR GIFT CARDS. CVS knows this is happening and do nothing to protect the customers. They are just as bad as the scammers.
