I had a great experience at Cypress Laundromat. There’s a young guy who works here and he really knows everything about laundry. I always ask him questions because I’m worried about colors bleeding, shrinking, and even about tailoring clothes. He always answers patiently and professionally. Truly helpful! I highly recommend this laundromat.

This is the best laundromat I've ever been to in NYC. The owners are super nice, the wash & fold price is super fair, and their turnaround time is crazy fast. I've never waited more than 2 days. The place is always clean. It's cash only but there's an ATM next door in the bodega. THey're also open at great hours every day.

Just used Cypress laundry for the first time. I used the pick up and delivery service. Got same day service on a Sunday! I was very pleased as usually I get my laundry the next weekend. Very friendly and speedy service! Thank you!

Been coming here since 2021 and have only had the best experiences, the owners are so incredibly nice, it’s clean, well maintained, and a pleasure to do your laundry at in the neighborhood. It’s snug, so time yourself accordingly, and you won’t be disappointed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The store is hygienic and clean, the boss is warm-hearted and kind, 5-star recommendation. If the landlord hadn’t installed a washing machine, I would have been washing here??????
