They take time to connect with each dog, using treats and patience to help them feel at ease right away. The grooming results are gorgeous and amazing. Customers report excellent service for nail trims and overall care, even for dogs with special needs or fears. The service is consistently friendly and top notch. Many clients, including first-timers and those who have been coming for years, state they will definitely be back and highly recommend the shop.
Today was our first time bringing our 2 year old pom to Dog Friendly Grooms and it won’t be the last. They were kind and patient and did an amazing job with a very fluffy dog. He had some matting behind his ears and they called to confirm how we wanted to deal with that which we really appreciated.
