Update 12/21/25:
Left the unit. Only had plastic bins and one box. As I was moving, heard a guy complain about his unit gate being broken for a SECOND time. For the price we pay they could at least make sure our gates close and are working. Now I wonder if they even check our units every month or not 😒
Update: my unit still has signs of mice with mouse droppings on the floor of my unit. I wore gloves, a face mask and made sure to change out of my clothes when I got home. The workers are wonderful, the location isn't clean. The only thing I can do is take out the cardboard boxes and only use plastic bins. I will have to clean my unit the next time I go to help the issue. They also raise the price every year. 😑
Yesenia and Jowan were so helpful! I couldn't remember my code to get into the building and then I remembered that I had lost my key. They both helped me and made the experience a good one!
HOWEVER! This spot has mice. I have a few of my items in cardboard boxes and on top and inside are mouse droppings. The location I was last in was by a highway in a dirty area and I never had issues. I now have to look into sturdy containers for my things.
