Really bad support. They sold me a prepaid plan that is not working from Mexico. When I asked for a plan, that was the first requirement, and now the seller was rude and said she couldn't help me and hung up the phone. Metro support is not helping either. I have a really bad impression of this company and the people who work here. They only care about making sales.

Been there third time to pay my bill and for the third time guy told me I need to wait 15 min and then computer doesn't work 🤣 they dont give a shit if they can't scam you out of money, they lie to ppl especialy elderly with phone issues, I regret not recording that but gonna report them to department of consumer anyway

I would give zero stars but unfortunately I cant I went to this metropcs to activate my new iphone 15. I was at another metropcs before this one and the guy was unable to activate my phone but he did mention that the activation fee is 30 dollars so I went to this location. The lady that helped me stated that the activation fee is 65 dollars when i asked why is it that much when the other metropcs is charging 30. she told me she can try to activate my phone for 30 dollars but it might not work and i would have to do the other option which is 65 dollars. I told her to try to activate it for 30 dollars she activated my phone then told me the first option didnt work so i would have to pay the 65 dollars. Later that day another 28 dollars was also charged to my metropcs account. We called metropcs and spoke to a representative and she told us that they should have not charged us 65 dollars and the activation fee is 30 dollars. I tried calling the store with the number that is listed and it does not ring. I tried multiple times and the call is not going through. I had my boyfriend try to call the number since he was also with me that day and his call is also not going through.

Very disappointed with the whole staff that serve in that store. They don't care about customer at all they just care about selling a phone.

I have always bought all my phones there, I have been a metro customer for 15 years and I can say that this is the best metro store around, the boys and girls are super friendly, the best customer service always welcomes you with a smile.

The worst place to go they steal your money my cousin went there April 10 2023 to get home internet he was told it cost 100 dollars unlimited and you could take it home try it out if you like it if not return before 15 days for your full refund so my cousin goes back April 12 2023 two days after cause my cousin says internet it’s too slow no good so they say oh we cannot give you full refund you use the Internet already so we couid only give you 30 dollars so we call customer service they tell my cousin go back to the store and put the salesperson on the phone with me representative tells the salesperson you must give full refund to customer cause it’s only two days customer it’s entitled for full refund before 15 days the salesperson starts being rude and once again refuses to give Refund saying he is not the owner he gotta ask his boss so representative tells salesperson customer is gonna come back tommorow to get full refund he says I see what I can do what my boss tells me to do so before we walked out the store salesperson tells my cousin goodluck on getting your refund tommorow they are horrible they steal your money a bunch of scammers then they say oh I didn’t say that don’t come to this store cause they call owner and supposedly he never answers according to employees at the store so go to a different location unless you wanna give away free money

Nadien sabe nada. Nobody knows anything. This is the second time I come in a row and nobody knew what they were doing and just told me to call. Lady in glasses and another lady with blonde hair . Very rude as well . Not a good experience.

I want to thank Stephanie for all the time and all the patience she had with us. We came irate to the store because after calling customer service we found out that Bryant had opened another account and cancelled our original account (over 10 years with Metro) in order to claim a rebate and charged us OVER $600 for a phone that originally was $250 with an upgrade. Not only that but our plan was always 4 lines for $100 monthly and after we dealt with him it changed to 4 lines for $170 adding insurance to lines and other features we didn’t ask for. Stephanie made it her business to call customer service and fix all the issues we had. We really really hope that Bryant isn’t scamming other customers from their hard earned money. We will be coming back to Stephanie to upgrades our kids lines.

My husband came in only to change his 90 yr old mothers phone because it stopped working. She has been with metro for years and always had a $25 payment. Bryan canceled her service and made a new account which he was not asked to do. He also changed the monthly amount from $25 to $40 without asking or telling my husband what he was doing. As far as I’m concerned, he is only worried about his compensation. This is not good customer service at all!!I want to thank Stephanie for her hard work and concern. She actually showed she cared and fixed Bryan’s big mess up!!
