Need to pay attention to vector schedule service, not only by what you see.

Service was not as fast as expected for a state inspection, but got some work done while waiting with other customers so time went by quick...

I went in for a simple oil change, and their carelessness damaged my car. They left my engine cover unsecured, and while driving on the highway, it scraped against the road and bent out of shape.
When I returned, they tried bending it back instead of replacing it, even though their mistake caused the damage. I contacted corporate customer service, was promised a follow-up from management, and never heard back—just ignored after multiple calls.
If they can’t secure a simple cover, what else are they cutting corners on? Unprofessional, careless, and zero accountability. Take your car elsewhere.

What’s the point of an appointment if I have to wait two hours before you start the service?????? 🙄.

Went in for a few repairs however after all was said and done. I drive off and I get a flat tire 4 blocks done after I got my tires replaced. They explain the tire damage may have been my fault and I would have the pay the replacement because I already drove it. They said because it was under warranty they would replace it but still charged me an extra $2.50 because of NY State. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location and will update if my car has more fault after everything.

I lost cash. My stacks of cash was in the breast pocket of my jacket and I forgot my jacket on top of the front driver seat car when this shop took my car in for inspection. After the inspection, I checked my jacket breast pocket and someone took a stack of cash, leaving some behind I suppose to not arouse suspicion.
I did not complain. What’s the point? It’ll be denied anyway. It’s a lost. Leaving this review for anyone’s benefit.
I’m dumb for leaving my jacket and forgetting it has cash in it. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Better yet, maybe find another shop, there are a lot of them nearby.

I've gotten great service every time I've been here. However, there are long waits at times.

Had to tow my car to Pep Boys after a brake line malfunction made my car unsafe to drive on the highway. Chris handled my repairs and was very helpful over the phone, as was the rest of the team whenever I called to bother them with questions. Happy to have brought my car there. Hopefully I won’t have to again for a long while, but if I had to again, I would trust them

Terrible … pep boys told me I needed a new battery … two days later the car left me stuck …. Took it to the Mazada dealership …they said it was the battery that needed to be replaced…

Most unprofessional shop. I made an appointment for an alignment and 48 hours later showed for the alignment. They said it will be 2 weeks before they can perform the service. They couldn’t call me to cancel the appointment or let me know about the situation prior. Not respectful of people time.

Over priced on parts and no break down of labor per hour or how many hours spent working on the car. Found cheaper and packages on for the same parts .seen packages for two control arms with all the small parts for less then 300 but yet pep changed 200 something just for one arm and none of individual parts for came with that , every part brought separately.

I went in for an oil change. They said my brake light needed to be replaced. After replacing brake light they said it was actually the socket and I would need to come back a different day to fix socket because they didn’t have the part. I looked it up and Autozone had the part, so I decided to fix it myself. When I saw the old socket, it was physically damaged like someone had stepped on it or really mis handled it. The socket and light live in an extremely protected environment, so I would have had to be completely rear ended for it to break the way it did. I was suspicious they broke it on purpose to get me to come back and replace it.
I won’t be coming back for an oil change.
