I got a “gel x” extension tip because I prefer it over acrylic tips. First, the guy who helped me misapplied the extension tips, and another nail tech had to take them off for him and apply new tips “correctly.” Finally, after an hour of applying the extensions wrong, he started with the design. Be aware that the tips are still crooked and the wrong size after all the nail techs came to help… I gave them an inspo picture. They had a hard time getting the color and style I wanted, and it was a simple design. I tried to ensure I was satisfied before I left, but it wasn't easy because they did not have the skills to do gel x tips. I paid them $90, including % a 20 tip. A week passes by, and the gel X-tip cracks in half, plus the color of the nails is already peeling off, which has never happened to me with gel X-tips. I come in for them to fix one nail, and he gives me an attitude and blames me for breaking it. They do not have experience with Gel x tips and just wanted to scam me for $90. Read the other reviews. Do not come here.

The owner has a bad attitude she’s always mean and very passive aggressive. She tap me on my shoulder and told me my son could no longer come to the salon with me. The one time she was there, and he was crying, Although the nail salon is no place for children, she didn’t have to put her hands on me and be very nasty.

I asked and they DE?LIV?ERED?! A no frills, low key, reasonably priced spot with talented nail technicians. Staff are kind and always do a great job. (They’re actually called Sofia nail but guess they haven’t changed it on Google Maps).

I usually don’t like leaving reviews but this time I had to, I made an appointment to get my nails done and I didn’t like the service. The lady that did my nails was rude and trying to get it done so quick.

This spot quickly became my go-to for acrylics. No frills, all business, and the local community of women that gather here is always a bonus. Wendy & her team are so sweet & efficient. Plus I love the range of music videos they play in salon, and Bay Watch.

Been here only 3 times but definitely found my go to nail salon! I’ve had Rossy and Cindy, both are wonderful and attentive to what I ask for. They haven’t disappointed me yet :)

First time customer and I’m so grateful I had Gloria! She took the time out to listen to what I wanted and gave great color suggestions based on what I showed her. I told her how long my lunch break was and she assured me I’ll be out in time and I was with time to grab lunch as well! She is extremely detailed, definitely takes her time to perfect everything.
