Popular Bank is the worst bank. I completely understand the vestibule area where the ATM's are at being closed during certain hours for safety reasons, but being unable to access them AT ALL on after closing hours and weekends is unacceptable. Customers that work and are not able make it to the bank during business hours can't take out their money. That is unacceptable! I even called customer service to complaint and was informed that this is the new rule. How can a customer get their money?The ATM hardly works. At least add an outside ATM. If I could I will give them zero star. The only good thing is their staff.

I can’t even get to the atm inside to withdraw money because the card doesn’t open the door EVER and the workers inside don’t even have the decency to open it for me even though they see me trying to open it with my bank card!

My mother is in her deathbed, I’m the POA, beneficiary& next of kin but still I was met with disdain and a struggle for her even to pull up my name in the system even though I have all proper documentation.The manager didn’t want to accept my name on the account even though I’m in the system. It’s unfortunate even though I provided all proper information, they still made me wait and have more stress on top of my mother being in her deathbed.I am the beneficiary and once my mother passes I will close this account and never bank with this bank again. I will also let people know of this exp.Silvia the manager was not helpful as a bank manager should be and the bank owner or authority of this bank should do something about a person who can show empathy and understanding in a situation like this.

The supervisor here, I believe her name is Silvia was rude and dismissive. Didn't seem like she cared to help the client and was not informative at all.

I've been banking here for about 20 years or so and I haven't had any issues until recently with the ATM service. I completely understand the vestibule area where the ATM's are at being closed during certain hours for safety reasons, but being unable to access them AT ALL on weekends makes no sense to me, especially when people do most of their shopping during weekends. Perhaps this branch should consider installing an ATM on the outside like other branches have. Either that, or be open for business on Saturdays like it used to be pre-COVID.

I’ve banked at this branch for over 15 years. The customer service the last 2 years has been atrocious. You have to be prepared to spend hours if need banking assistance other than regular teller. Even seeing teller at this point is a long process. I finally couldn’t take it and closed my account. I went in person for assistance, it was taking forever. I asked one person that was in front of me how long he’d been waiting and he said over an hour. At that point I decided let’s just close my account. The manager shows no regard for the customers. She needs training in customer service and a manager to monitor her. She is not equipped to be a manager and oversee anyone or anything.

I have been a customer for many years, however, it has been very difficult to get the services I need, the location I go to is on Seneca Ave. You have to wait long hours on line . I waited 3 hour this is unacceptable. People skip the line. And no one monitor this. Very disappointing ?

I've never written a review, nor like doing this but I had to do it for this one.I had a long standing account with bp but had to cancel it due dismal customer service specially from the bank president at this location. The dude cares not for Hispanics, the bank's main customer base. *this is not a one time observation. Some companies dont deserve business especially one. If you have a problem with your account whether your fault or not, its not going to get resolve. Dont get a cd because they find a way to destroy any interest that you earn and god forbid you cancel your cd because watch your hard earn money be turned in a tax return nightmare by this bank. I believe they think we dont know our rights.

I had fraudulent activity on my account at this locations Atm. There were others there that has the same issues it appears someone hacked the banks Atm. ALL of my money was taken. I filed a claim with the banker and they proceeded to tell me that i was to wait for an investigation to retrieve my money...WHAT?!!! OBVIOUSLY some one is hacking accounts at your banks Atm. I have a small child and was left with NO MONEY ALL WEEKEND. NOT ONE PERSON SAID "I'M SORRY THIS HAPPENED TO YOU"... IN FACT THE BANK MANAGER proceeded to say that he will give me credit (only because I insisted I wouldn't leave I until I get my money back) and he went on to say "We will take the money back if you did this transaction" Okay Mr. D*** d***** I only lost 2 1/2 hours of pay because I wanted to sit at you banking center and file a false claim!!! The customer service was INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE!!! NO EMPATHY FOR MY SITUATION ONE TELLER EVEN SAID I SHOULD CALM DOWN OR I WOULD JUST MAKE IT WORSE FOR MYSELF!!! WHAT?!!! MY MONEY WAS STOLEN FROM A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION THAT IS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT YOUR MONEY AND NOT ONLY WAS IT STOLEN BY THE TREATMENT AFTERWARDS WAS JUST UNPROFESSIONAL I RATHER SAVE MY MONEY UNDER THE MATTRESS ...YES ALL $240 OF IT! I HAVE LOST FAITH IN THE BANKING SYSTEM AND IN HUMANITY AS WELL!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL BE CLOSING MY ACCOUNT OF 8 YEARS..SMH
