Great service. When I placed my order they were out of the sized socks. Received a phone call asking if another size would work. They reassured that with my foot size being "between size" they will fit. The fit was perfect. I was also missing an item and when reported, it was mailed out the next day and was mailed with 4day service.I appreciate service like this.

Ordered 2 pair Smitty brand umpire plate pants on 2/18. Offered "expedited " shipping for additional cost. Stated 4 business days shipping. Did not receive order until 2/27 with 1 pair of pants. Called and spoke with owner, said that would ship 2nd pair, and should receive by weekend. Did come Friday 3/1, but wrong style - base style not plate style. Called again, but no answer. Could not leave message since voice mailbox was full. Site suggested to use Chat service- do not like! Used and reply was that would receive message back in 24 hours- no reply. Checked next day and saw posted message stating service wouldn't be available until Tuesday- 3 days later! Called Monday 3/4, and explained about order still wrong - told that would get return phone call. No call, but email asking for pictures to verify my complaint. Obviously, not accepting my statement of order still wrong. Sent pictures and still no call back. Called next day and spoke to owner again. Said that shipment had been sent to complete order, and return label was included to send back wrong style. Label was addressed to Smitty apparel in Ohio - not Referee Store in NY. No attempt to try to resolve problem, but that customer should just accept these problems. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN!

Received a referee smartwatch as a Christmas gift. After one day the watch stopped working. Worked with the support folks and the manufacturer to troubleshoot. Manufacturer determined watch was under warranty and to reach out to referee store for a replacement. Referee store was prompt and sent a new watch. Found them to be very responsive to my questions and working with me through the exchange process. Excellent customer service!! Thank you!!

My purchase from the refereestore for a referee uniform, a high pitch whistle, and a international referee toss coin was a great experience. The toss coin and whistle are lovely and look exactly the same as the photos on the webpage. Although I ordered a wrong size of uniform, the referee store staff let me return and refunded me quickly. A very professional store and nice to the referee community..
