It is disrespectful that when you are already parked and inserting your card to begin the transaction, they turn off the machines and say that they are leaving, even though there are still 15 minutes left until closing time.

Terrible! Went in for $20 of gas and they put a hold on my debit card for $100! I called they said by tomorrow it will reflect only what i purchase and drop the remainder. Ive never experienced this with any other gas station. I will not be gassing up at shell if thats the case.. They should definitely look into changing their system.
