This is one of the worst Shell gas stations in the NYC area. Gas prices are always highest in my area and the mini mart employees seem to change on a monthly basis, with each associate more incompetent than the other. They can't help with Shell rewards issue, they can't help with pump payment issues, they can't help with the Air pump or other issues outside. They are trained to give these forced, fake greetings and there is zero actual focus or geniune interest in providign service, which is the single most important given your're buying snacks at a big markup. The owner of this location should look at this review and get competent employees, not cheap labor to maximize profits. That is a myopic approach to a long term business.

CAR WASH REVIEW
8$ for 10mins, cash only and machine only accepts 1$ and 5$ bills.
First time in a self service car wash. Strong pressure washer with rinse mode, foam brush was great with a lot of soap as soon as you turn it on.
Not sure if I was doing it incorrectly but didn’t see any tire cleaner/soap come out in their respective modes. Going from tire cleaner > rinse seemed to release a yellow substance (assuming tire cleaner) in rinse mode. Did not have the time/change to check out wax mode.
Regardless, my car got pretty clean with the foam brush and rinse mode! Deff planning to return here.

I found the behavior of the gas station staff to be unprofessional. I would not recommend stopping here, as it could negatively impact your day.

PLEASE COUNT YOUR EXACT CHANGE WITH THE 2 GUYS WHO WORKED THERE THIS MORNING. THE YOUNGER GUY TRIED TO DISTRACT ME WITH A FORCED HANDSHAKE AND IT TURNS OUT IM SHORT $40 AS I WAS IN A RUSH. SO HIS MAGIC TRICK WORKED. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

New employee is very disrespectful. When I use Apple Pay, he grabbed my phone because he did not understand I needed to put in a code. When I objected , he got loud. He does not understand basic technology or manners They need to get rid of him. I wish I could add a photo because before he got there, everyone was cordial and polite.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their car wash left scratches on my car and the hose had 0 pressure. Employees very rude as well.

One can smell the Racism here immediately!!Disrespectful station attendants!I'd rather die than go there again!!This station has so many negative reviews all over the net.There has to be a way to close them down as this isn't how NEW YORKERS BEAVE!!!SHAME!!?

Cash wash is well maintained and at a convenient location, it is more suits ke for trucks and big vehicle, it has a 10 min wash for $8 . And two machines . Both machines are separated with a fiber glass.

Used pump #2 which ran out of gas while I was filling my tank. I was charged a couple cents for air (that’s because I noticed the air on time otherwise I would’ve been charged more). No receipt came out and there was no help with the issue.I do not recommend this shell location.

Haha they somehow disabled paying debit cards so you pay the extra 10 cents tried 4 different DEBIT cards and cc went through

I regularly fill my car with fuel at this gas station, it is easy to access and it is always available, I have never had to wait because I arrive and in one go I am at the fuel dispenser filling the tank of my car
