This store has a good inventory even though it is small by supermarket standards. The best time to go would be after 8pm when it’s not so crowded if it’s just regular grocery shopping.

This Stop and Shop in Glendale, Queens needs to train and educate their employees! My experience with employees at this location is always rude! Not one person knows how to welcome customers, when they are blocking an aisle (be it stocking or just talking to another employee) they do not acknowledge that you're waiting patiently to get through! I can not tell you how many times an employee is passing by with a pully and doesn't know how to say Excuse me or Watch your back, they just rudely push through and pretend like you're not even there!

Great place to get grocery’s especially the kid loved how big the parking lot is they rodetheir scooters around a few times. Overall the inside of the stop & shop is clean and great way to find things I need to make dinner.

The Stop & Shop on Myrtle Ave is a great store to shop in. I have a Key Food closer to me but I'd rather buy at Stop & Shop. Good prices, variety, wide enough aisles and helpful & respectful staff.

This refers to the delivery service . Ordered for a Monday Am delivery. Up at 6 to receive. Hour late goes by 2 hours late go by checking the website and says down for maintenance. They provide a phone number I call and it's a system wide shutdown of their systems . Staying on the line for over an hour gets nothing but a recording about how they care about my business . Not enough to contact me or pay enough people to actually answer their phones . Of course they took the money out of my bank account . That system wasn't out of service . Whenever a company leads with " we care about your order " understand it's the least thing they care about . That or their customers time .

The Stop & Shop app wanted you to share your location so once you showed up to the location, individuals would come out with your pick-up order. That didn't work. I had to call, wait almost an hour to get in touch with someone in the store and, to top it all off, was given the wrong items even though, after calling to get a refund, the items I wanted were in stock at this location. I will continue to use stop & shop but I will not use this locale again.

It is a big store, they have variety, a lot of quantities, I like going here and I will more. They have awesome deals especially for drinks. I always had a great time being here.

Naomi is a horrible staff member. Truly unprofessional! I had to repeat myself 2x on a phone call as to what parking space i was in. I happen to see a stop and shop member come out and walk back in, so I called back. When I called back i was asked yet a third time to give my parking space number, which i did. My passenger which was my mother said, “oh my God they are taking long today.” Well Naomi toke that moment to yell with an attitude into the phone, “Well next time speak clearly,” then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. This is very unprofessional and she shouldn’t be working in customer service at all. I don’t know who’s worse Naomi or the person that maintains this idiot as an employee at stop and shop.

The store is great for the customers but if you work there like I do the dairy department head is allowed to throw boxes at you like you're an animal and if you speak up for yourself and curse because you feel violated and threatened you get written up and the department head just "gets talked to". Not to mention most of us only get 16 hours a week or even twelve hours like I got.

I work there in the dairy department and the department heads are allowed to throw boxes at you like a dog and if God forbid you curse at them because you feel threatened and assaulted and like you are just some low-life piece of trash, you get written up and the department head just "gets talked to". I'm writting this on my own free time cause I only get 12 to 16 hours a week there so whatever! I'm pretty sure this counts as my first amendment rihght but either way things have to change. Part time, full time, or management, we should all be treated with respect. Everyone is scared to make a stand now a days for fear of retaliation or losing your job but I don't roll over and no human being should have to.

One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. DO NOT SHOP HERE OR USE THEIR ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS. Ordered our groceries at 4:45 and told it would be ready between 7-8pm. When we got there around 7:45 there was no one to help us get our groceries. After waiting 15-20 minutes we finally found someone who worked there. We kindly told them we were here to pick up our groceries. They said "oh that employee left. Sorry." And walked away. We finally got the manager who had NO IDEA how to use the system. Ended up calling someone who told them to just void our order. He offered a $10 gift card (which we never got). We ended up shopping our exact order (online said $122.47). When we paid it was $222.75. I called the next day and the customer service guy said he could up the gift card to $25. No way of a refund for the difference. For a national brand this is ridiculous. I would much rather shop at Food Bazaar or one of the other counties supermarkets. I will definitely NEVER be Stopping and Shopping at Stop&Shop again. What a joke of a place!

Very rude staff. The older cashier women (Mary) had an attitude & was being disrespectful. Please hire nicer & respectful employees next time.
