The worst branch ever. After waiting in line for over half an hour (only 2 tellers working) I was told to step aside to fill out a deposit slip. That took less than 30 seconds but I had to wait another 10 minutes because the teller took the next customer. After I expressed that I didn’t know I had to fill out a slip and that it’s not fair to make me wait another 10 minutes for something that took just a few seconds the manager, Janessa Santiago, came to see what’s the problem. Her attitude was terrible and when I threatened to close my account and never deal with TD Bank again she already started working on closing my account before I even had a chance to move my direct deposits and my other bills/payments to another bank. She was ready to lose a good customer. In every other branch I get asked to open an investment account with the money I have but Janessa was ready to kick me out of TD Bank. I think corporate will not be happy with how she treats her customers and how she’s costing the bank money by me taking my business somewhere else. My sister was on the phone with me and even she couldn’t believe how she was talking to me. Thank you Janessa for the warm welcome and the great banking experience. Not!!!

Long lines. Their "que" system is broken. Guess it's why they deal with numbers and not grammer. Notary public was not in today so I waited for no reason and they do not know when that said person will be in. Makes me wonder why I still bank with them.

This branch should be shut down. The only reason it is so highly frequented is because of the location, not the service! It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, "supervisors" and "managers" take your information and never call back, and honestly the Branch manager is in her own world, walking around like she owns the place and she's the gatekeeper to YOUR money! I have had issues with getting holds on checks removed, to access my own funds, meanwhile I have been a customer since TD Bank was Commerce Bank! My account history/length of time I've had my account open, the amount of money that has been deposited and gone in and out of the account alone should warrant more courtesy than I am receiving. They are not "banking human", they are banking for Their most convenience. I am having a hard time receiving the funds for a check deposited, and instead of being assisted, Im given the run around and being told that they can release holds, byt they cant this instance, with mo valid reason other than i havent deposited a check from Citibank... Its Citinank! Are you serious?! Smh. Bad business. Do not recommend! At this point, I will be switching my branch location, and once the final checks clear, closing my accounts and banking elsewhere.

It’s really shame on TD when we see “ America’s Most Convenient Bank” . We wait more than 2 hour just get something from our deposit box. Supper Boring. Start hating this location.???

There's currently 19 people on line waiting for teller assistance with only two tellers working. What a joke, America's Most Convenient Bank!!!!???Good Luck waiting for Customer Service. There's over 1 hour wait!!

The line is long, finished my deposit here on 12:15. But i rather give one more star cos this loxation is convenient, is next to Citizens, so is great for Citizens bank lover like me who has accounts of two or more financial companies. I do not know why the manager cannot even one day fill up all those teller workspaces with all employees they have. If every workspace at the teller counter there is filled up, then people would have felt satisfied and is a key to keep this business place open.

Had fraudulent activity on my account and was told by customer service on the phone to go to a branch, so I went to this one. The teller who saw me didn't seem to know what she was doing. Couldn't answer basic questions and made me wait 30 minutes for a manager that never arrived. Then told me that the only person who could give me the paperwork needed for me to file a criminal report was unavailable and nothing could be done. She didn't even offer to give me a new card -- just sent me on my way.I went to another branch where I got everything I needed.Won't be visiting this branch again.

Open an account in response to share the green promo. It happens that the CSR never entered the information in the system. I was advised by the general customer service number to visit the branch, and ask for an exemption. So I went after waiting for 45 minutes to speak to someone. The CSR was miffed. Was actually fumbling. After he getting some direction from a supervisor. He send an email somewhere. Promised a callback. It is now to days later. I have not read or anything. I the call the local branch back to speak to the person that took care of me two days. I was transferred to his extension. But no one pick up the transfer. I was not even able to leave a voicemail. So after almost 5 minutes of waiting. I ended the call. It is now apparent I would need go back, and wast more of my valuable time.

They need to hire more Tellers.On a Saturday they only had two people working, the line was all the way outside the street.This branch never used to be this bad.I had to wait an hour.I am really considering changing Bank.
