On Thursday June 11 while it was raining I came to this store at minutes after 12noon to ask for the longest ethernet cable as I needed to start working from home. The gentleman gave me a short blue cable and said it was the longest he had. It was for $5.99 plus tax. I needed to start my work so I took it. When I got home, it did not fit in my laptop. I returned to the store within 10 minutes and the older guy said I had used the word computer instead of laptop so it was my fault that it would not fit so he would not take it back because he was not going to be able to sell it because I opened the plastic. I told him I had to open the plastic to try to use it. He said no refunds or exchange. I said, Thank you Mr Noble Hardware, and walked back outside into the rain to get back home with a cable that I have no use for.

Owner copied a Multi-Lock key for me and did a great job. Besides that there was an older gentleman in a scooter out front who could not fit into the store with his Hoveround. Without being prompted the owner walked outside asking the man if he needed help. He served (copied his keys, collected the payment and returned his change) the man right there on the sidewalk. Owner is just really nice and courteous.

A nice, small local hardware store that has just about everything you need with excellent customer service. However, parking is very difficult.
