Like others have said, friendliest service I have received in NYC! My clerk was #10 according to my receipt. Before being served she served an incredibly rude lady who made several rudimentary mistakes with her mail and she remained kind and patient (though if it were me I would have allowed her to make the mistakes and receive the package she was sending back at her house…)

Rude,toothless lady. Day 1, she said she can't print out a receipt. (How????)
Day 2, I can't send a package,
Day 3, she does not have any form,and she said she is not from here... what's going on??? Why post office hires this mean,angry,yelling woman????
So sad...so unprofessional.

I am only giving 2 stars because the staff there is always super nice, informative and helpful. On multiple occasions I have went to buy stamps and this post office had no stamps to sell. One time they only had 2, yes 2 stamps left. On both occasions, I would’ve purchased 500 stamps yet they were unable to facilitate that purchase. Running out of stamps at the post office is something that should never happen, and I hope somebody reads this message.

Update! My package was returned due to unknown custom form reasons, brought it back and Louis was a rockstar! He was so nice and helped me fill out a new form to resend at no extra charge. I really wasn’t expecting the process to be so quick and smooth, thanks Louis!

Forgot to ask his name but the employee working this afternoon (3/18) was wonderful! Super helpful and pleasant which isn’t always the case when I’m at other usps locations. Thanks so much!

Every time I come to this post office the employees are helpful and eager to assist. It’s a bit understaffed so the wait can be longer than expected but they are efficient at their job.
