All of the pharmacists and pharm techs are super friendly. They somehow make picking up a prescription an enjoyable experience.

Really great pharmacy and staff. I suggest you call for their hours, the hours currently listed on google are inaccurate and it wouldn’t let me change them.

The worst experience ever. Took them forever to transfer my prescription from other pharmacy, then after I order delivery and they confirmed it their system was down and they can’t process my payment and I need to physically pick it up. Also they closed on Sunday which makes it impossible!

I rarely give very negative reviews about people, but this pharmacist was so horribly rude to me I don't feel like I can ever go back to this store at all. I care a lot to being kind to everyone working in customer service and I've never been spoken to this way by a health professional in my life. Backstory- they're always extremely disorganized. Part of it is that they can get very busy sometimes- I totally get that. But they often forget to fill my prescriptions, or tell me they're ready but then they aren't, or they'll be "in progress" literally for weeks at a time. These things suck a lot when you're dependent on medication to live and trust the pharmacy to help you get your meds. I've never had a very good experience here, but I always just dealt with it because changing pharmacies when you take multiple "controlled substances" from different docs for different health problems is a big hassle and this place is close to my house. This time was much worse than all that. For over 2 weeks, I've been waiting for two of my most important medications. I have been getting regular calls from the pharmacy saying they are working on these and will let me know when they're ready (like every 2-3 days I'll get this call). I've also called myself to check, and though I'm usually on hold for 20-35 minutes first, they eventually tell me the same thing. Also because it's "in progress" and "will be ready soon", my doctors can't prescribe me any more to go get at another pharmacy. But going without these meds for this long is painful and dangerous for me, and has been taking a toll on my health, so yesterday when I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone at all, I just came to the store. I give them my info and say which prescriptions I've been waiting on, the dates they were sent in, and said I've been getting these calls saying they've been "working on it" for weeks but it's extremely difficult to be forced to stop these meds cold turkey because of the repeated delays, so could they try to figure out what's going on and give me an ETA? Keep in mind, I was patient and friendly the entire time I was saying this, despite actively suffering in withdrawal. The young pharmacy tech with longish brown hair was super nice and understanding, and helped me by looking into it. Then the pharmacist came over. She cut me off when I was greeting her, did not say hello back, just VERY angrily said "We don't do [that type of medication] here. We never have it in stock." I was really taken aback by this tone, she was acting like I'd done something personal to her by just asking about the meds I've been told were in progress for weeks. I said, "Okay, thank you for telling me that. I would really appreciate it if someone could tel me that when the order is called in because I've been withdrawing from my medications for weeks because they said-" She cuts me off again, and this time raises her voice, and says "NO, I've said this MANY TIMES, I have told people this SO MANY TIMES, we DONT do that!!!" (Keep in mind, I've literally picked this medication up from this place before, but I don't think I've seen this woman before.) I said "Okay, but not to me; I keep getting these phone calls-" She interrupts again: "Ive said this MANY TIMES." and she storms away from me, just leaving me at the register. I said again as she was leaving, "But not to me, I'm sorry, but nobody told me that-" but she just walked right out of the front area in a huff. I had to wait a long time for one last medication, feeling really hurt and embarrassed, scared I wouldn't be able to get the prescription transferred because they have it listed as "in progress". I had so many questions and concerns but I didn't even get a chance to ask because she was so furious with me- for trying to pick up my prescription that

The pharmacy staff is always seems mad and they close early most days without warning people. Also now they close on Saturdays as well as Sundays (at least they were last saturday, even though the phone line says their open), so combined with closing early half the time on weekdays, I just can't keep going here because they are only open when people are mostly at work. :( really too bad because its in a good location. the normal store part is ok but a lot of the time they follow me around like im going to steal something and it makes me uncomfortable. once i buzzed someone to get deodorant out of the case and they said they had to hold onto it at the front desk for me so they would make sure id pay for it. this made me pretty sad because i saw they didnt do that for the lady next to me who also needed something from the case. sometimes they stay with or behind me the whole time im in the store like they want to rush me out or think i will steal everything. :(

I don't understand why the pharmacy is completely closed at 4 in the afternoon. It's ridiculous and incompetent. Not to mention that store sends "customer service" aka security to "check" on me literally within 20 seconds of me being in the store.

The pharmacy staff at this location are lazy and incompetent. I don't understand why it takes three visits to refill a prescription, and I've moved all my business elsewhere as a result. Now that you can only redeem $5 of points, the whole rewards program seems pointless. Back to CVS I go!
