“On Saturday April 17th 2022 I had an emergency. A flat tire on my way to get my wife to the hospital in Toronto Canada due to the fact our travel insurance did not cover her lung problem in the USA. I knocked on the house door of this "closed" facility and the reaction was amazing to say the Least. In the end my spare was installed - I got my wife to the hospital and I was so relieved and grateful for Richter's generosity and help. “I was on the highway yesterday, and my truck broke down off of the freeway! I coasted into a phantom fireworks parking lot, and luckily had the tools on board. I found that my belt tensioner failed, and I was 2 hours away from home! I called Napa, and they were there to deliver parts to the parking lot I was stuck in. I was extremely grateful for this, I was able to fix it in 30 minutes and get back on the road. Thank you for the great customer service, I really do appreciate it!
