“On Saturday April 17th 2022 I had an emergency. A flat tire on my way to get my wife to the hospital in Toronto Canada due to the fact our travel insurance did not cover her lung problem in the USA. I knocked on the house door of this "closed" facility and the reaction was amazing to say the Least. In the end my spare was installed - I got my wife to the hospital and I was so relieved and grateful for Richter's generosity and help. “Can’t be more happy with the job that was done to my truck. Had front bumper replace and painted. I asked it they had time if they could touch up some rust spots. They helped with that not expecting to get that done. Also my truck is a 2014 and when they got done it looked and smelled like new. Wasn’t expecting a car wash and detailed the inside.
