“Me and my wife had an issue with our skid plate on our trip home. We came in to see if we could get something to tie us over to get the rest of the way home. They were able to patch us up and get us back on the road within 15 minutes and just asked us to just pay it forward. We deeply appreciate it.”

“On Saturday April 17th 2022 I had an emergency. A flat tire on my way to get my wife to the hospital in Toronto Canada due to the fact our travel insurance did not cover her lung problem in the USA. I knocked on the house door of this "closed" facility and the reaction was amazing to say the Least. In the end my spare was installed - I got my wife to the hospital and I was so relieved and grateful for Richter's generosity and help. God bless your whole Family for the help!!Warren Webster - TorontoService: Tires”
“I was referred by another trusted local shop. I own a car with a Ecoboost engine, more specifically a Lincoln. After removing the vehicle from storage, the engine light illuminated. He analyzed every possible issue trying to avoid the most expensive fix, the timing chain. Lo and behold, solenoids and conventional oil (an oil change place had used) caused bucking, poor acceleration, and rough idling.
He was personable, informative, friendly and verified his work. He explained that he took my vehicle on 3 test drives to verify it would continuing to run smoothly. His prices are extremely (almost shockingly) reasonable. My car is running so smoothly!”

“I was on the highway yesterday, and my truck broke down off of the freeway! I coasted into a phantom fireworks parking lot, and luckily had the tools on board. I found that my belt tensioner failed, and I was 2 hours away from home! I called Napa, and they were there to deliver parts to the parking lot I was stuck in. I was extremely grateful for this, I was able to fix it in 30 minutes and get back on the road. Thank you for the great customer service, I really do appreciate it! This is why I use Napa for everything. Reliable, quality, and efficient as always! Thank you”
