Went into the store 2 weeks ago looking to buy replacement door panels and a window panel. John, the manager stated he would find out the door model for me from the manufacturer as I had no product info on the door. 2 weeks later with multiple emails and calls to the store and he still has not gotten back to me. Not sure how you guys sell any products with terrible customer service and a manager that is unreliable. Was able to call the manufacturer myself, get the door info in less than 5 minutes and order from local competitor. Strong work 84 lumber! 10/10 would NOT recommend
