I was charged over 500$ for a 30 minutes work. Intake air hose replacement. I am really done with this service only oil change! Thank to my advisor he gave me discount however l was still forced to pay over 400$. I was forced because they have you sign a paper for diagnostic fee(205$) that is free for engine lights at most pleaces around and when you don’t accept their service offer, you have to pay that fee or else you have to accept whatever amount they ask. As a long term client l found it not right and friendly. Work would be done in 30 minutes for a professional mechanic, yet l was waited for about 3 hours. What could be the rationale for charging 500$ for 30 minutes work really? Their hourly fee must be 600$ even though parts are 100$ which is not. Oem hose is 70$. Anyway do not get ripped by going there.

I’ve only ever taken my 2018 Pilot to this dealership for service and it’s been 7 years. At 86,000 miles I got transmission problem alert - this was on Saturday night. Sunday I made a service appt online for Monday at 10:30am. Dropped off the car Sunday night and left my key in their drop box. Monday at 9am I had a phone call that they diagnosed the car and by 1pm the work was done and I have my car back. They also will apply 15% coupons (max of $150 off) if my bill ends up high, just ask

Top notch, i’m gonna have a hard time buying a car from anyone else because of their service alone they make your life so easy. Everything‘s automated through text they valet park your car they free wash it and they always give you a detailed report by a link of the inspection and recommendations to keep the car running they are so fast at getting your car back to you. Best service Center I have ever used and shout out to Jack B. Who was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing experience. I have purchased many new vehicles in the past, and never had such an easy and pleasant experience. Gia is such a pleasant, low pressure salesperson and her manager Charlie is just as accommodating. I can't believe how much less my purchase price was from their competitor. An incredible difference. I really wanted to purchase from the local dealer because I am a fan of the owner, but the difference was huge. I don't want to badmouth the competitor, but I do want to give praise to Apple Honda . They out pitched the competition by far. Thank you again for making my purchase easy and a great deal.

What can I say, this is our second purchase from Apple Honda and this experience was just as great as the first time. Keenan is so nice and helpful, everyone there makes you feel welcome. Eric came and talked with us as well as other customers that were there to make sure everything was going smoothly. We purchased a pre-owned certified Honda Pilot, there was never any pressure to spend more or get something else. My mom came with us and she's talking about getting something from Apple Honda and there is nothing wrong with her current car! My son will be needing something else soon too, and we will absolutely be getting it from Apple Honda!! My husband will be upset if I don't mention how much we also LOVE the service department. They are courteous, professional, and friendly. If you are waiting, they always keep you updated on the progress. We drive from Mount Sinai to get our repairs done from Apple Honda when there are closer alternatives. We are just one of many happy Apple Honda customers.

I don't know where to begin. I just don't think I'll be able to convey just how amazing the team is right now. In 2021 I was looking for a 2018 Honda HRV and there weren't any available near me. 2018 is an awesome year for reliability and it was during the pandemic. So everyone was holding onto them. I remember coming to the dealership here in Riverhead, and I didn't feel any personal connection. Fast forward to 2025 and now my mom is looking for an excellent used car. The 2018 Honda HRV STILL tops reliability lists for the HRV and used cars in general. So when I saw Apple Honda list one with low mileage, mom and I were there first thing Monday morning right when it opened. Little did we know the staff were going to be just as wonderful as the car we bought!! YOU MUST SEE RICARDO RODRIGUEZ for a wonderful sales experience. He greeted us at the door. He respected everything about our visit: That I knew what car I was looking for. That my mom and I had time constraints and only had an hour to spend there before we could return the next day. He was such a sweetheart, so pleasant, and did I mention he is an opera singer? The day we signed he sang for us (we are a musical family) and you hold your breath he's that amazing. He also handled my 78-year-old mother's test driving very well! So informative and patient with her.
Once we came back the second day to take care of all details, we got to work with Peter and Rich(Richard). These gentleman are such a pleasure to do business with. The whole time we knew this was the right car for my mom, this was the right dealership for my mom!! The staff is happy and so wonderful to do business with. It felt like being helped by family, from Ricardo, to Peter, to Richard. Just amazing. These are REAL people treating you like you are real people.
My mom has no regrets and we hope to stay in touch with all these wonderful people!
