Very professional honest and care about their customers. I had a great experience when they worked on both of my vehicles today. These people are very fair and value their customers. They get 5 stars for me love the environment and there energy I have never experienced such caring people like I did today. Thank you so much you did a great job on both vehicles and thank you for your honesty. Anyone who who anything needed done to there cars you need to go see these guys they were the best. Thank you again.

Brought a vehicle in to have a nail taken out of a tire and have it repaired. Very simple. The next day while driving to Southampton I noticed a vibration and strange feeling with the steering. I checked the tire and one lug nut was loose to the touch. I could unscrew it with my fingers. The others were not torqued. This place could have gotten me killed. You literally risk your life bringing a car here.

AWFUL PLACE!!! THIEVES!!! the owner is a horrible man & will tell you one price then in the middle of the job, increase the price by hundreds and will force you to pay it!!! had to get the cops involved and my stepdad finished the work THERE to put the old brakes on as they started the job without communicating the new price with us while the owner still tried to keep all my money as he did absolutely nothing to help!!! charged us $397 for inspection and brakes then increased it to $950 in the middle of the job and refused to finish or put the old brakes back so we could leave as we couldn’t afford that price. do not recommend unless you want to be ripped off and have the cops involved!!! he also called my mom a bi*ch and had her escorted off the premises because she was proving him wrong. complete thieves and horrible business. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I first went to Auto Lab when I got a flat next door at 84 Lumber. They fixed it right away, and cheaper than other places in Riverhead. Nice people. Came back for an inspection and new tires for my truck. Reasonable price for big truck tires. On the LIE exit 70 I and 3 other cars hit a piece of plywood. All four cars got at least one flat tire, one lady had 3 flat tires. AAA tow truck came and called all the tire places around for a place to tow me to. No one had the special small tire size for my SmartCar. I called Auto Lab; they said they don’t have the tire in stock but meanwhile they could put on a slightly different sized one temporarily, so that I could at least get home. Problem solved.

I dropped my car off to have 2 lightly used tires put on the front of my car. The tires they put on can't even pass inspection. I have been calling non-stop but no one ever answers. I want my money back.

Had a fantastic experience here this weekend. Was out of town on a weekend trip, and of course, our check engine light starts blinking. Got a quick diagnosis Sat morning, great updates and explanations as the engine repair proceeded, and a quick turnaround on it all so I could drive home with an operational car on Sunday!

HORRIBLE! DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS GUYS... bought my car to get a used tired. Owner said he had the tire and i proceeded to ask if he took debit card. He said no, so i went to look for a ATM to withdraw money. Left my flat tire with him so he could swap the flat with the tire i was purchasing... once i came back he had the rim off the tire and told me his machine was not working properly to install the tire i was purchasing on to the rim. He told me i could purchase the tire and have it installed elsewhere. Since i needed the tire i took it. I found a place to install the tire and they were having trouble putting the tire on the rim... they told me the tire was NOT the right size. Came back for a refund and the owner was not there. Told me to come back later in the day to get my money. I was furious bc he had no problem taking my money and now i have to drive back and forth to get my money. He should have money at his shop for purposes like this not have the driver go back.. will he refund the gas that i am wasting? I doubt it.... BE SMART AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

HORRIBLE PLACE. Please go elsewhere!! They take your money knowing they can’t help you and then when you ask for a refund they have you driving back and forth to the shop because the owner is the only one allowed to do a refund and he magically isn’t there when needed for a refund. The owner’s son even said his dad always takes peoples money and takes forever to give them their money back. Please save yourself the trouble and simply go somewhere else. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional.
