If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. The staff are very unprofessional when speaking to them over the phone and while doing so they tried to charge me an ABSURD fee. id recommend taking your money business needs elsewhere, I switched banks and haven’t had an issue with my current banker since leaving Bank of America. Absolutely disgusting.

Great when talking to the associate. Awful when it comes to their atms. Barely works or doesn't take cash and they want you to go to the nearest branch 30 mins out. That's absurd.

I walked in to make a deposit, and forgot to make a deposit slip. The only teller there who wasn't helping anyone else, as it was just me and and one other customer using the atm, told me to gonwait for the atm. After I started waiting on line for the atm, 2 other people came in over the next 10 mins I was waiting and were helped no problem. I was very upset as I've been having a bad day in general, and for a teller to tell me to go wait on line for a machine because she couldn't 've bothered to help me was indignifying. I wouldn't have felt as disrespected if she was doing something important and couldn't help anyone. But she helped out 2 customers after me, who all finished before I even got to use the atm. I believe her name was Giovanna or something like that. This is the reason people will be losing jobs to machines, because of people like her forcing some people to use a.machine rather help a person out in a human interaction. I'm about halfway between the Shirley branch and this one, and I can tell you which one I won't be using anymore. I've honestly never had an experience like tgis before in a bank of America, but I guess that's because I've never really had to deal with this person before.
