Sketchy practice, first time I came I brought my car because it literally could not drive anymore. Had suspension problems, left my car w them and they pulled parts from a crashed car to fix mine then charged me for new parts. Just now after not coming back for 2 yrs I tried installing a cold air intake on my car and they tried making me pay $750 for a job that takes less than 45 minutes to do. Insane

Went there when my pick up truck was running hot, they changed the thermostat and charged me $600, far too much, it was a three hundred dollar job. I paid it in protest, they seem to know when you're in need. The thermostat failed in one month and the car was flashing lights to turn off the engine. Brought it to a local shop who changed the thermostat for $325 and the problem is fixed. I went back to Best Price and the owner blamed it on the manufacturer of the part and was waiting for them to refund the money, they said it wasn't their fault. The owner refused at first to give me back the money, then he said he would and then refused. He wanted to give me half after he agreed to give it all back. He also said if I didn't like it to take him to court, I filed in small claims court, it will take six to eight weeks to settle. I will now let the Better Business Bureau know what he did, let him try to dispute it, I'M READY!

Had the most incredible experience at Best Price Auto. I was a new walk in client concerned about a noise in my car and I was treated with the utmost respect. I was walked through the process of what needed to be fixed and was serviced as quickly. Not knowing anything about cars, I felt well taken care of and respected. A chance walk in with amazing service has now turned into being my regular mechanic. Don’t hesitate contacting them.

Came here once 6 months ago to repair a tire , came today to see if they were open cause their garage door was open and their LED open sign was still on, no one was in sight so me and my mom waited, my mom walked up to the garage to see if she could see anyone to ask if her tire could get fixed as she walked back some jerk in an black aveo whipped into the parking lot almost running her over and tried to scare her out of the way by reving his engine and sped into the garage to drop off ice, at that point some one in the backroom of the shop walks out to grab the ice ignoring us, we tiok the hint that they were closed when the guy in the aveo droping off the ice was giving us the dirtiest look like my mom was the issue when he almost ran her over, we had a good expierience the first time we went there, but this time we wont be going back

If there was a spot to do a 0 star I would . Took my truck for an inspection last week. They tell me I need 1,175 dollars worth of work. I was ready to trust them and let them do the job. Thanks to my BF recommending I go local by me , and get another opinion, it ended up being something that needed minor adjustment and no charge. There are CROOKS out there. Go to reputable mechanics out there. I am mad , very, but on the other end blessed I took solid advice not to have them do the job.

If you a are in a pinch and need a really good used tire or a good price on a new one these guys are tops. They are friendly and courteous. They do all kinds of auto repairs as well and are fare and honest.
