This would pertain to the location that is in Deer Park outlets. I'm writing this on behalf of my 65-year-old brother. He went into that location today asked for a shoe horn to try the shoe on and they were out of them and not even one for the customer to use. He was still going to buy the shoes and was asked for an email address which he doesn't have and was told they could not sell him the shoes without an email address. That's a terrible experience

When it comes to finding the perfect pair of shoes, I can confidently say that Clarks has earned a special place in my heart.
Having worn them for many years, I’ve come to appreciate the unmatched comfort and quality they consistently offer.
Clarks shoes always keep my feet happy and supported.
One of my favorite places to shop for Clarks is the store located in Tanger Outlets Riverhead. It’s in such a convenient spot right next to the food court.
The service there is friendly, and I appreciate how the staff members are quick to assist.
However, I must mention one small downside: the store doesn’t always carry my exact size in the styles I love.
That said, I never leave empty-handed.
There’s usually a great selection, and I can always find something that suits my taste.
Overall, Clarks shoes have become a staple in my wardrobe, thanks to their comfort, quality, and the pleasant shopping experience.

The associates were nice and accommodating. We were there almost at closing time, they never rushed us and they checked our shoe sizes, which didn't match the box and they found that the price for the shoes was actually much less than what's stated on the wrong box. Very helpful!

This location in Suffolk county charges a metropolitan tax. Only on NYC should they be charging a metropolitan tax. I wrote into company and they wanted all this information, sales receipt so I sent it in. Then they wrote back and wanted information, some which is on receipt. They wanted my bank numbers. I asked for a check or gift card, they said “no they can’t do that.”This is how big companies charge people and make it so that customer’s get frustrated. They just lost a customer! No matter how comfortable their shoes are I will never buy another pair of Clark’s again.

Shout out to Manager Ben and his team at the Clark's outlet in Tanger 2. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about great product. Definitely five star service. Will shop there again and recommend you do too!
