This store is ridiculous, you have to pay before you know it's a final sale, there is no final sale sign in the store, no one tells you it's non-refundable even if you just paid. I wanted to know how I could have known it was a final sale before I paid, the clerk said it wasn't her fault, very bad shopping experience, will never go into any store of this brand again.

Ok before I get into anything this isn’t meant to make anyone at the company look bad so I used to work here when I was 17 everyone else was older then me but later on, there was some workplace hostility going on towards me specifically because this one narcissistic colleague wanted someone to go to the gym with and wanted me to drive him everywhere and whenever I said no he always got mad to a point where I felt guilty and to a point where I wanted to commit suicide, and there were times I acted upon it, to a point he went around and told every other colleague who worked there even in management all took his side instead of sitting us both down and saying to make up, and I have the text messages to prove the things he said to me and they all were still on his side and everything else he said I don’t want to know and there was also someone else who was causing hostility because of my intrusive thoughts and suicidal ideation and she didn’t like it and she went and told everyone she was uncomfortable around specifically me and I tried to make things right but it was already to late and now I have anxiety everytime I go to work because of all of this, again I’m not trying to get pity, or make the company look bad I’m only trying to get my point across just so you can avoid these 2 individuals because they should not be working in retail because of there toxic people skills, I know this is not the place for this but I feel I have a right to have a voice and speak up, thank you

I absolutely LOVE this store...the employees ALWAYS greet you with a warm welcoming smile and make you feel comfortable like in their own home. They don’t hover over you and always seem to know when you need assistance. We love their comfortable shoes, thank you!

Great little shop for men's shoes (and other stuff that I don't look at, like purses, bags, women's leather stuff, etc). Service is great as well. The staff has always been very courteous and helpful. This last time we went in, I almost bought 4 pairs of shoes and my wife another 2 pairs. Good quality and design at a moderate price. On top of that, they were having additional sales when you buy more than 1 pair. It really was a struggle to not buy more shoes. One of my few favorite men's clothing stores. Perhaps it's the tidy size of the store itself? I'm like most men. We don't really like to shop for clothes. The larger stores tend to overwhelm me. I like that I know what this store has. I'm here for the shoes. That's it. It's all in a relatively small space. I try on a few pairs, buy 1 or 2 pairs, and I'm done. Easy.
