First all everyone was very helpful and professional. the dealership was immaculate. I couldn't believe how clean the bathroom was. My daughter loved that they had ice cream! Most importantly the service was done in less than two hours.

Parts is worst ever, met at Carlisle as had tent up for crate motors. Called to order, no one ever answers in parts, left message no call back. Why bother going to show?

BAD!!!
Unfortunately, this Dealer tells you so many things to be able to sell you the car, but at the last minute they don't do what they said,
I bought a Silverado car. The glass, windshields, brakes, and gas tank
They came damaged. The salesperson Jenifer Garcia told me. that they would fix it and they only fixed the brakes because my wife kept calling to get them to pay attention to us. And now they don't even want to answer my calls, much less fix the damage that remains.

Like most dealerships who change owners
All about the $$
Standard oil change and tire rotation now 2 separate charges
$150
Would not recommend - They also try to up-sell for "recommended" service that isn't suggested by the manufacturer
Know what your manual says before you go and agree to things that aren't needed Especially of you are a female
**Update - They responded to email them to discuss. I emailed them over 2 mos ago 2x and they couldn't be bothered to respond. My lease will be up soon - can't wait to be done with them!
