East End Arts Art Gallery is a vibrant space that promotes creativity and community through inclusive programming. The gallery hosts 6-8 major exhibitions each year at its two locations in the Riverhead Arts district, offering unique and free displays to the public. These exhibitions include annual Members’ Shows and open juried exhibitions, featuring diverse and engaging art. The staff are knowledgeable, caring, and professional, ensuring that artists’ work is handled with trust and respect. East End Arts also offers programs and classes for artists of all skill levels, including popular watercolor classes with great instruction and hands-on help. We attended a gallery opening and it was spectacular. Wine and small bites were served. We met a lot of the artists behind the art displayed. The night was just a great example of the wonderful community that we have here in Riverhead. If you haven’t attended an opening night, I highly recommend it.
