“After spending $160 on a guy who came a few days earlier, couldn't open the locked door and then explaining that he has to, a) break the door latch, b) replace the water pump, and possibly, c) replace the motherboard, I was getting extremely worried. Well Alex showed up, got inside the unit, opened the door from the inside (which the original guy didn't know how to do) and in about one hour, realized that there was a clog in the filter and that fixed everything! The lesson learned here was always call a licensed technician of the unit before calling "Chuck-in-a-truck." The unit works flawlessly now and I am so happy!!! (laundry was piling up!)”
