Wow! Nothing but good things to say about Faze 1 and everyone who works there! When I first entered their office at the recommendation of my brother, I knew I wanted them to do my body repair work on my C300 Mercedes that some knucklehead rear ended. My insurance company tried to steer me to their express facility. Lori walked me through the entire process of dealing with insurance, coordinating rental vehicle and answered all of my questions. Entire process went smoothly, timely and the car is back to show room condition. Everyone who works here is down to earth, just decent people who take great pride in their work! This isn’t just body repair, it’s art work! Don’t even think about going any where else!

Let me start off by saying Lori is the best in the business I couldn't be happier that this was the shop someone recommended to me after I was rear-ended Lori and her crew were there every step of the way to make sure they got my car back to actually better than before the accident if you need any kind of body work or anything like that do yourself a favor and take it to faze 1 they do great work and they are honest good people

I just got auto body work done with them this week, someone had scratched my car (rear right fender) and they perfectly matched the paint and got everything done so fast! would definitely use them again & i totally recommend!!

Nothing but HIGH PRAISE for Tony, Laurie and the team at Faze One. Their work is always perfect and they are always accommodating, honest and professional. I have been bringing my auto mishaps to Tony for the past 15 years and always recommend him to everyone I know. No job is too big or too small for them and the result ALWAYS exceeds my particular eye. Faze One is my Auto Body GO-TO place, hands down!

They do incredible work! They fixed my 2017 Touareg and it looks like that deer never hit it! They also cleaned and buffed the car, and it looks better than the day I pulled it of the dealership lot!

Dented my bumper and left fender - Faze1 was great! Excellent service, fair pricing and repair was completed on time and very nice staff. The car came back looking like new, and though it's a 2014, the paint match was perfect! Hope that I don't damage my car in the future, but if I do I'll take it back to them for sure!!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Laurie helped facilitate everything that I would need when I got rear ended and needed a rental. The work is top notch, honestly the rear of my car looks better than brand new, and they gave everything a nice detail... real nice cherry on top I wasn't expecting. He even fixed a loose chord for the safety features I thought would be 300 bucks to fix and recalibrate, sooo thankful for that guy. I couldn't be happier with everything all around. I even got an upgrade from enterprise because they they respect Faze 1 like that. I'm never going anywhere else if I ever need anything for my car. Can't say enough nice words about these folks, real breath of fresh air to see a business these days being ran so right.
