The two people who helped me out (one was a manager) were both accommodating and helpful. The original car I drove off in had a weird odor (to me), so I returned about 20min after I left and asked if I could exchange it, which they did without any issue.

Very convenient to get a car as we needed to get from Riverhead NY to JFK and it was much cheaper to rent a car then to take An Uber
