As much as I dread going to big box stores this HD is about the easiest.
I have never had an issue at this HD. Shelves are well stocked and organized. Usually enough floor staff if I need help finding something.
Checkout and return counter staff are always courteous and at times social.

Horrible place no one of competence works here managed by people not qualified to flip burgers. Returned the same sliding glass custom order door twice because they just can’t get anything right. Do not ever go here if you need any form of help with your purchase. Always visit the Lowe’s across the street at least humans with brains work there.

The store makes no sense, you spend an hour looking for an item that they don't have. Poorly organized store, rude checkout personnel. I don't see any reason to go back.

The worst possible customer service.. Sat 20 minutes waiting to buy/pay for carpeting.. no associate!!
Told she was having lunch. Tried calling the store only to be left on hold for over 10 minutes... I only wanted to confirm the color and pay..
I guess to big to care about a customer

Needed to have 4 keys copied. Took a good 15 minutes to get an associate to help us. All that passed by had their heads down trying not to make eye contact. Had to request help twice! The associate that finally showed up acted like we were disruptive to his day. Was unable to copy 2 of the 4 keys (“can’t do this one, can’t do this one”). No explanation why!! When I asked he said we don’t do double sided keys. Asked where I could go, he said “hardware”. Very rude!! Would not recommend this place.

Young staff member approached us looking at Mulch and offered his assistance to load 5 bags onto our cart and stack in our trunk . Highly unexpected but he mentioned that he liked helping older people. He was excellent!

Worst experience once again. Went into the garden department and asked for help with paving stones in the back of the building. Cashier said she’d call someone. No one came. I loaded my cart myself and pushed it to the cashier. She asked a man working in that department to help me load my car. He looked at the cart and said no it’s too heavy. So I paid for the stones and pushed the cart my car and loaded my car myself. All while limping with a torn meniscus in my knee.
I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Every time I come to the store I always find what I need. I also go there for the flowers and plants. Also a nice selection of pots to plant in. Patio furniture. Seat cushions and throw pillows as well. Even cleaning products, I have found at times they are cheaper there. Sounds crazy but as a kid my FAVORITE STORE was Home Depot. My father was a carpenter and woodworker up until he passed. So I have spent many days and hours growing up in HD. And it's always my go-to spot for anything I need for home repairs as well.
