Impossible to get someone live to answer a phone call. This is a bad start for a patient.

Bonnie and Shemaya were very welcoming but also organized with my walk in appt. They always remember a face and that’s a nice feeling in such a busy atmosphere. Ty

Hugely disappointed. They don’t seem to ever pick up the phone. I dropped of a sample in March and they did the wrong test. I had to come again and drop off another sample. That was over two months ago. I called the lab’s number and left a few contact requests on their voicemail, which you're directed to way too quickly. No response either. Impossible to get hold of them unless you actually drive there I guess...

DO NOT GO HERE. My doctor sent my script electronically to them and they could not locate it and they would not take the print out I brought either.

I hate getting bloodwork done, but I was in and out in less than 15 mins. My tech Tristay was such a kind and professional woman. She made me so comfortable and was so quick.

My first time at labcorp and was told to just check in. But wasn’t asked what we were here for. After filling out all our info, we were then asked what we were here for and we wanted to do the Covid antibody tests. Which we were then told you need to buy the order online. The next person, Dorothy, that helped us saw us struggling, was super helpful and was checking to see how she can make our process smoother helping us with our forms payments etc.She drew my blood and this was the first time getting a needle in for blood with no pain. I didn’t feel it at all. And I hate needles. Especially after reading the reviews in some of these places. Thank you Dorothy for a good first experience at labcorp.

There needs to be an investigation into one of the technicians/nurses at this facility. I have been experiencing continued nerve pain, poor circulation, and weakness in my arm since she drew my blood. During my appointment, she made inappropriate comments and gross mischaracterizations about my personal life. Her demeanor was hostile in nature, seemingly out of nowhere and for no reason, and at one point, she even broached the topic of my ethnicity. Completely unprofessional and a completely uneccesary question to ask someone while their blood is being drawn. Unfortunately, this occured while she had the needle in my arm. Just as one other person commented, I was "trapped". I remained neutral because I was afraid she would become spiteful and do more damage. Please do NOT visit this lab. I am still recovering from this trauma weeks after-- something that should not be occuring from a simple blood draw. I have seen my general practitioner and they have written a prescription for me to receive a nerve test to test for nerve damage.

Today is 10/01/2021 and whoever was at the front desk at 10:49 am was EXTREMELY RUDE. People like her shouldn’t be in the health field at all. How humiliating was this experience.

I have been going here for many years and have always had a decent experience. The lady who drew my blood today was a wonderful caring women. Her coworker today was down right rude and had no people skills what so ever. I will ask for the lady who help me again. I will however walk out if the other lady is helping me.

The Street View location on Google maps is in the parking lot next door. The Lab has an online registration useful to schedule an appointment. Be sure to use your full first name and make sure you complete the registration and get a confirmation. The lab has a kiosk to check yourself in using your drivers license and health care cards. I thought I completed my appointment but I messed up. They do take walk-ins. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The "receptionist" also took my blood and was friendly and helpful.
