Good jeans - I even ordered two. However, I received a wrong item instead of jeans and online return web site forces me to pay return shipping or go to the store. So this is a double failure for Lucky Brand.

Melissa (sales associate) was amazing and extremely helpful. Store was extremely clean and awesome sales. I definitely reccomend this Lucky Brand store. I was bummed that they no longer carry long Jean's which was the main reason I shop there. Overall, it's an awesome store.
