“Excellent service! I dealt with the Manager Samantha since I haven’t had great experience with sales people in other stores. She was wonderful, knowledgeable and took 2 hours out of her day to help me furnish 4 rooms. I originally was going to purchase 2 rooms from Ashley but since she was so helpful, I decided that I was going to buy everything else there too. She explained pricing, special financing , delivery and protection plans thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed , pressured or forced to make any decisions. “I bought a new refrigerator a few weeks before Black Friday and sure enough I found a lower price for the same fridge on sale at Home Depot. Went into Riverhead PC Richard’s and manager Frank Mason took very good care of me. Gave me the price reduction as promised no questions asked. Great guy and great experience.”
