My alternator failed, fortunately they were able to replace it on the same day. They also suggested replacing the serpentine belt. This was a good idea because the vehicle has a 100000 miles. They know I bought it used three and a half years ago. Since they were going to be taking Working in the same area. Anyway doing the belt made sense and I approved. I have been a customer at this site for many years now. And have always been satisfied

Don't even think about bringing your car to these RIP-OFF thieves. The first time I went to this idiot who appears to be the manager, he put the car on the lift and then told me to come look at the problem he found. He double talked to me and told me it would be $1400 to replace the "Y" pipe. Im not a mechanic but I know enough about cars that he was ripping me off. i went to a mechanic at a local garage and was charged $450. I decided to give the place a second chance for another problem and was told it would be approximately $2000. I guess nothing changed at this rip off business because I brought it to my local garage and had it done for $500. STAY AWAY From these THIEVES.

I have been bringing all of my vehicles to Charlie and Mac for years and have always received outstanding service. They perform any service my vehicles need, advise me as to what other repairs they would recommend, and NEVER try to sell me into repairs or service I do not need. And when they recommend a service, they actually text me a picture of the faulty part (dirty filter ect) to prove that it actually needs attention. They are very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
