I can’t recommend Benji and Diamond enough! They are truly amazing people friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. We lost our keys and had been searching everywhere with no luck, but Benji and Diamond were able to find them for us. Their help made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are so grateful for their dedication and kindness. Pros: large selection of shoes. Relatively fast purchase process. They had like 4 cashiers so it was not too bad.
Cons: The Nike resellers who purchase 20 plus shoes only to return them a few days later when no one bought from them.

Von and Mike made the shopping experience truly memorable. I was undecide between two t-shirts, and they went above and beyond to provide advice and show me other items that might interest me. Their exceptional customer service made the entire shopping trip enjoyable.

The Nike Outlet in Riverhead always delivers great deals, especially on sneakers and athletic wear. The selection is solid, and the prices are hard to beat—especially during sales. One major tip: if it’s your first time, download the Nike app and create an account for an extra 15% off your first purchase (at least that was the offer when I signed up).
The only downside is the lines. They can get extremely long, especially during holidays or big sale weekends. Be prepared to wait, but in the end, it’s usually worth it for the savings.

I like this NIKE outlet so much because not only I can find what I like at great price, but also the great service from the staffs who make a big difference. They are really the intangible asset for NIKE.
About the shop, since I went in weekday on 1st Feb 2025, there are not many visitors. The items are nicely displayed. I and my sister quickly found our desired items with extra 40% off on the top of discounted items. I can say the pricing there is better than the shop in the city and online. And the range of items are much wider.
When I asked question about the tees, there were 2 staffs helped me spontaneously, I appreciated that.
Upon checking out, I cannot forget the thoughtfulness and kindness from the cashier, Devin.
He patiently explain how can I and my sister enjoy better offer with explanation by mouth and actual demo by his hands.
You can tell he is very skillful in doing it. Unlike other shops we visited that day, he handled our multiple questions and requests at the same time without losing the service manner.
I mean Devin is very customer oriented, understand why customer ask for that and he know how to fulfill it. Devine is a good service provider in NIKE. My very best wishes for his success in his career.
