The service here is absolute trash! The workers are extremely rude and couldn't be bothered! I was appalled when the young man at the counter gave me an attitude. He didn't even ask for my loyalty, so I wasn't able to collect points on my hefty purchase. Then he proceeded to play on his phone at the register…. I will be calling corporate on the whole team. I spend a good amount of money at this store so it's really a shame, but I guess that happens when a bunch of young people who don't care is running the place.

I had a really great experience at Pacsun in Riverhead Tanger. The deals were great and the employees were helpful. Will come back!

My brother was falsely accused of shoplifting from Aldo by the employees. After having made a small purchase of two earrings and leaving, one of the employees was stalking my family and I through the entire outlet and taking unsolicited pictures of our car and license plate. She didn't confront us. My brother saw her following us and asked her what she was doing, to which she accused him of shoplifting a pair of slippers and said they have video footage of him and the police are on their way. Hearing this, my family and I went back to Aldo to sort out this misunderstanding. The officers that were called were unauthorized to watch any footage and Tangers security was present but stayed quiet the whole time. This is a highly disrespectful situation that I have never before encountered. I've been shopping at Tangers and Aldo for a long time, but if these employees are not held accountable, I will discontinue my shopping experience here and inform other shoppers of the gross misconduct and false accusations presented to my family today.

The employees in champion are extremely unprofessional constantly gossiping about paying customers very rude. They give you dirty looks as well!! Very shocking I feel rushed when I shop there plus no one wears a mask!

My family and I have been coming to Tanger Outlets for years and we will keep coming back. If you sign up for a card, you get great coupons such as 20% off your entire purchase or 20% off of an item at select stores. If you're a member and you spend $100, you can get a $10 Tanger Outlet gift card to use at any store. Just bring your receipts! The outlet has a wide array of stores to go to especially compared to the one in Deer Park. Huge parking lot. Food court. Many restrooms available. 10/10 outlet.

I love Tanger. I have been going here for nearly 25 years and it was the "go to" spot for back to school shopping when I was a kid. I prefer this outlet center opposed to the Tanger in Deer Park because it's bigger and much easier to navigate in my opinion. It's organized very well with lots of parking which is great (especially on Black Friday!)They are enforcing safety and social distancing in all of the stores and not letting people in without masks which is comforting and allows for a safe and relaxing shopping experience which I was super appreciative of. Always has great deals nice to walk around and explore. A wide selection of stores for both adults and children so it's an awesome place to tackle all your shopping needs at once. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Worst experience. I am happy with the purchasers that I made however there was an employee that was extremely rude. I was checking out and there was no glass between register and costumer and so I had to practically throw my clothes over the register in order to check out. I quickly became confused because this method did not seem logical so I ask if I should step under the rope the employee must not have been paying attention because he said “yes”. He the proceeded to yell at me “STAY SIX FEET PLEASE!”, I understand that with COVID 19 safety precautions must be made but there is no need to yell. I then apologized as I was leaving the store for the miscommunication, he then had the nerve to tell me to “pay better attention next time.” I was and still am appalled. I do love the clothes at pacsun however I was unsatisfied with the visit I had in Riverhead this afternoon.

We drive out here a few times a year. It's always a fun day trip for us. The place is separated into 2 sides. There's always plenty of parking. The larger side has a decent sized food hall, with a variety of typical mall food choices. The smaller side has a smaller food hall. We like coming here even though there's another Tanger's closer to Queens, in Deer Park, I believe. But, it's just easier to navigate this one. All the stores are arranged in a near circle. So, no way to get lost, and very easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Also, easy to find your car afterwards.

This Tanger outlet in Riverhead is quite large but the sales here aren't very good. I came here probably 2 times in the past 2 years and I've found only the Disney Store outlet to have the best sales if you also have Chase Disney debit card or any Disney credit card that offers up benefits and perks on merchandise. Ralph Lauren and many of the other clothing stores are still priced too high. It's a long drive from Queens too, it's not really worth the trip unless you're getting Disney stuff for cheap in my opinion. I would recommend taking the shorter drive to the Tanger outlet in Deer Park. We found much better prices there at the Nike Outlet, Cole Haan, Coach, and more. There's also better food options in Deer Park. The food choices at Riverhead are trash.

Tanger Outlets Riverhead is my all-time favorite outlet! I love that there's a West Elm Outlet, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware for those into furniture and interior design. For the ladies who are into good bargains and great fashion, there are ample stores for you to spend hours of shopping at - Michael Kors, Gap, J.Crew, H&M, etc. There are also stores that carry cosmetics and perfume at discounted prices. Moms - they have Carter's and toy shops! There's plenty of parking and a decently sized food court with my fave Auntie Anne's. It's the perfect spot to spend hours with family and/or friends.

All I can say about this Tanger Mall is that it's a larger version the one in Deer Park. With every kind of store that you can think of. With plenty of ample parking. Just be prepared to do a lot of walking.

Hmmm...I love outlets and we always usually find some great deals but this location was so busy with cars and people walking between traffic that we couldn't enjoy ourselves. They have traffic lights in different places that only seem to add to the chaos. It took forever to go from one end to the other because of this. Overall all the typical stores you find at Tanger were there which was good but I wouldn't make a special trip to this location again.

I haven't been out here in a while and it sure has changed. I came on a Sunday afternoon, and although it was packed, I was able to find parking right away. If you are willing to walk, just park at the very end, saves you the time and headache of circling around for a "good" spot. I noticed there were A LOT of vacancies, don't know why so many stores went out of business since I was last there. The clientele has also changed drastically. Now it seems like a place where gang members convene. I would never eat in that food court at Tanger 2 again. They really need to hire security and make sure people sitting down are actually purchasing food and not just loitering or having a picnic with food they brought from home. They should set out benches for those who want to rest their feet along the way but its unfair for those who are buying food to have no where to sit because people are playing 3 dice cee-lo and cards at all the tables. I was able to wait for a table outside, and after I sat down to eat, this Hispanic women came over and sat at my table like we knew her! What made matters worse was her family of 10 came shortly after and put all their food (from home) and their kids on the table. Yes, their kids! And this was a small 4 person table. You can still find some good deals at some of the stores and there is always some sort of sale happening. Not sure I would come back anytime soon though. Tanger 1 is not even worth going to.
