“Nice helpful staff at Riverhead. Once you realize the ease and quality of a paint job is using great quality paint and brush/rollers...you will never use cheap stuff again. S-W is the best!!”
“Wanted to recognize Charlie for his help in selecting the right paints for our bathroom. He was informative and very quick with getting us the paint. Be sure to ask for him if you stop in!”
“I was shopping with my daughter & grandson at the East Moriches Hardware Store …they were picking up some paint for their new home, I was trying to keep my grandson busy, while my daughter was shopping …the gentlemen running this business couldn’t be any nicer …I think it’s the owner but I’m not100% sure ..but he was so sweet to us while my grandson was getting a little mischievous😂 so just a little shout out to say thank you for being so patient and kind …My pictures will explain what happened …. Merry Christmas!”
“The guys that work at this store are always extremely helpful. Guy and Joe are very knowledgeable and know paint as good as anyone. Highly recommended store if you’re looking for paints snd supplies”
“Clay and Mike at Westhampton Aboff’s paint store were a great help. They had patience with me, gave me good information and assured me About my project and supplied me with good product.”
“I went to this paint store looking to match a color previously put on a wall. That’s hard to do when you don’t have the name of the color or it’s number from a color chart. Larry was amazing ….trying like crazy to find my color. He eventually did. Rick and Larry run a terrific business that’s rare these days: they care more about their customers than money. Don’t shop for paint anywhere else!”
“True Value in Westhampton Beach is one of those small-town gems that makes you appreciate local businesses. Every time I stop in, the staff is incredibly helpful — they actually know what they’re talking about and always go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need. Whether it’s paint, tools, hardware, or random home repair odds and ends, they always seem to have it in stock. The store is well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate. It’s not a giant warehouse like some of the big chains, but that’s exactly what makes it better — you get personal service, quick answers, and a sense of community. I’ve even had them special-order something for me once, and it arrived faster than I expected. Parking is easy, and the location right in the heart of Westhampton Beach makes it super convenient. It’s the kind of store that makes you want to support local rather than driving miles to a big-box retailer. If you live in the area or have a summer house nearby, True Value is the perfect go-to for anything home, garden, or hardware related. Friendly faces, great service, and a store that truly lives up to its name — a true value.”
