Accounting Department is a dumpster! fireGreat White Propane was bought out by them. They never changed the payment address on the bill. We sent them payment immediately and harassed with phone calls and collection notices. I called and they told me they never received the check. Not a surprise I sent it to the wrong address. I paid them again with credit card and they cashed the missing check a week later and are now sending me more collection letters.

My experience with Janice, the customer representative, was amazing!! She really helped me make sure the delivery was on its way and provided additional helpful info. I felt taken care of, heard, and was provided with excellent service. I've always had a positive experience with Paraco Gas and am happy to be a customer for many years.

My son is under contract with automatic delivery with this company. They left him with no gas on the weekend. There's no way to reach them off hours. They are out of heat, and the house is about to freeze up. There are infants, and elderly in the house. There's going to be a lawsuit. Find another company. Do NOT use them.

Left me with out gas due to a glitch in their equipment basically told me nothing they can do till after the holiday.. it was impossible to get anyone on the phone I went on a circus loop with everyone I spoke keep telling me to call back.. I had a house full of people with no heat no hot water and no gas to cook… they should be ashamed of how they treat their customers

Matt F delivered to my house in the snow and even though my gate was locked he knocked on my door so I could let him in.
He hand delivered my bill at my front door and was very professional and Efficient.

I have been dealing with Linda B or P (not sure if I heard correctly) in the retention department. She has been very diligent and helped to straighten my account out and get me restarted on my pre-buy. She is pleasant and professional.
