On our way out East, we realized our car needed inspection. Called Phil's and they were able to take us almost immediately. Got us in and out quickly. Two weeks later I received a call that I had left my earbud case/earbuds outside underneath their awning. They popped them in the mail and I was so grateful. Above and beyond in terms of service. Thank you!

I was stuck in riverhead my brake line snapped over my differential. I called a few places and no one would fix it. I called Phil's and he said bring it over. When I got there he addressed the problem and started working on it immediately although the job took longer than the price I was quoted, he still charged me the same price. He's very articulate at making sure everything was done right. A++ service. I will definitely use him again. Showed 100% professionalism. Thank god for honest mechanics like them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The tower is temporary closed but the museum is well worth the $5 entry fee. The grounds are well maintained and I recommend you walk to the street which is the entrance to the lighthouse parking and go down the stairs to the rocky 'Beach'. The museum is small and is all one one floor. There is also a whaling shed.

Came in 10 or 15 minutes, hooked me right up and dropped her gently at Dynamic where Eddie and his crew had me going by COB. Not thrilled about paying 75 bucks, from Walmart parking lot to Dynamic, but they came fast and got me there in time to get a moderate repaired done quickly on the same day. beats waiting on Jet who calls back every 2 hours to say they are two hours out.
