Today I bought an amazing 100â couch! I actually had many to choose from at very good price points. This couch was marked down 30%. Michael A was so helpful, great sales people! Everyone I spoke to was wonderful! So many great holiday decorations available too!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Pottery Barn Outlet in Riverhead! The salesperson, Lucia, was absolutely amazing â she was so knowledgeable about all of the couches and fabrics, and really took the time to help me find the perfect one for my family and me. Her expertise and patience made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Iâm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for Lucia if you visit!

I had a wonderful experience with Lucia while picking out my new couch, chair, and even two outdoor chairs. She helped me style everything beautifullyâespecially the outdoor set with some great pillows. Joseph was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. And Jesus took great care loading all the furniture, handling everything with thought and care for my new home. Couldnât be happier!

I had gone in here looking for stuff for my baby niece. As soon as I went to the kids section it was a complete mess. I was shocked because the rest of the store looked nice. Things looked like they were just thrown around. All the toys looked used and gross. I was very disappointed

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Pottery Barn Outlet, especially with manager Joe. I spent two hours working with Lucia, who was fantastic in helping me choose a dining table, two chairs, a bar cart, and a coffee table. The issue arose with the dining table, which was originally ticketed at $1,400 with an outlet sale price of $1,199.99âand an additional 50% off sale happening today.
Upon closer inspection, the table (marketed as extendable) did not work, so we asked for a manager. Michael came over and acknowledged the issue, offering an additional 40% off, bringing the final price down to $359.99. Everything seemed setâuntil we got to the counter, where manager Joe completely reversed what had been agreed upon.
Joe claimed that the 40% discount should apply to the original $1,400 price, not the sale price of $1,199.99, effectively increasing the cost. He then tried to gaslight me into believing that he was doing me a favor by adjusting the price to $839.99, contradicting the clear agreement I had with Michael. He also placed blame on Michael, suggesting that he had miscommunicated the discount.
After 15 minutes of back and forth, it was clear that Joe was unwilling to honor the agreed-upon price. His attitude was dismissive, misleading, and passive-aggressive, even suggesting I purchase the table online insteadâcompletely ignoring the fact that this was an outlet store with already damaged items.
In summary:
Because of Joeâs behavior, misleading explanations, and continued rhetoric telling me I âwasnât understanding him,â I left without making any purchases. If an item is $1,199.99 with 50% off and then an additional 40% discount is applied, that should result in 90% off the original ticket price of $1,199.99ânot an increased price. Instead, Joe manipulated the numbers, inflating the price back to the online listing despite the fact that the table was cracked, scratched, non-functional, and did not open or close properly.
His attempt to belittle me, dismiss my concerns, and shift blame was completely unacceptable. Lucia and Michael were great, but the lack of consistency, integrity, and professionalism from Joe ruined what should have been a smooth transaction. Pottery Barn Outlet needs to train their management properly and ensure pricing agreements are upheld. I wonât be returning.

We had an amazing experience a few weeks ago with Lucia!! From the moment we walked in, she was friendly and extremely helpful and honest!! She took a lot of time out of her day to make sure we found everything we were looking for. She even went on the computer to show us a kitchen table that she recommended, and to our luck there was one in the back of the store that we bought! It was an absolute pleasure to work with her! Please ask if sheâs in the store when youâre there! We will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Riverhead Pottery Barn Outlet thanks to two amazing employees, Katie and Jesus. From the moment I walked in, both of them made me feel incredibly welcome and provided top-notch customer service.
Katie assisted me with checking out, and she made the process seamless and quick. She was not only friendly but also very efficient, ensuring I had everything I needed while making sure the transaction was smooth and stress-free. Her warm attitude made a big difference in my shopping experience!
Jesus, on the other hand, was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect pieces for my home. He was very patient and answered every question I had with so much knowledge and care. He took the time to walk me through the options, offering suggestions without being pushy. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me make the best choices for my needs.
Both Katie and Jesus went above and beyond in delivering excellent customer service. Their helpfulness, friendliness, and patience made my visit to the Pottery Barn Outlet an enjoyable one. I left feeling confident in my purchases and truly appreciated the outstanding service they provided. Iâll definitely be back because of their wonderful assistance!

I couldnât be more thankful for the employees who helped me buy my couch! I fell in love w the couch but was unsure if I could get in through the door of a manhattan apartment and everyone helped with logistics measuring etc and couldnât be more patient with me! Nick, Michael and Lucia were absolutely incredible!!!

We were purchasing 20 curtain rods. The salesperson stood there watching us without assistance. We had them out on the floor and a gentleman came over and told us they we cannot open the boxes and we had to put them back. Meanwhile, half of the boxes were not complete and we were just checking before purchasing. He was extremely rude and condescending. The result, we walked out without buying. Will not be going back with that present staff working.
