it was a terrible experience. we were unable to return an item that did not fit the size because the white sole was not brilliant white. I wish the shop had such a clean floor.

I had a great shopping experience today when I visited PUMA in the Tanger Outlets. There was great service and the employees were very helpful. The workers Brandon and Joe were helpful in finding me the shoe and size I needed, and the manager Ryan was very easy to talk to while in the store. Highly recommend this establishment, the prices and deals are fantastic.

I wanted to file a store complaint about horrible staff name brandon at this puma store This horrible n worst staff name Brandon had SERIOUS BAD ATTITUDE n he was racist n The most HORRIBLE person.
He was racist with me by passing some racist comments to his female staff by saying which country did he came from for asking discounts n was making some kind of joke of me. Not good n not correct.. it was racial discrimination. Why I wasn’t white or his race so I don’t get the discounts.? What kind of worst n bad horrible service is this by your unprofessional staff name Brandon.
Even I had this 20 percent off for doing the online survey n I wanted to use that.
but this store worst staff name Brandon says it’s already on sale so I cannot use it n I said I want to use this offer n he says no you cannot use it.
I clearly told him in past I have used this 20percent on sale items n even at puma outlet store n he was not helpful n not understanding i said I want to talk to the store manager n this Brandon told me im the store manager n i said it’s no way you are this store manager.
he said very disrespectfully to me you won’t get the discount.
I want to say to puma customer service people if you don’t want to give the 20 percent discounts then why do you’ll tell us to write reviews n then we get 20 percent discount which it’s all lies n fake. Not real: it’s very very disappointing service. Not good and not professional.
So I want to file a bad review about this store staff name Brandon who says he is this store manager .which I’m pretty sure he is not. Bcoz he is not fit for the manager post. About racist comments this Brandon also did to me. Very disappointing service by Brandon.

This puma store horrible when you ask for the discount coupons apply to your purchase they giving you attitude and he clearly threw the t-shirt. I want to purchase off his manager they don’t need my business clearly I’ll never shop again thanks
