The technician, so sorry I forgot her name was professional and polite. My veins are hard to find. She acknowledged that and promised she would not prick me unnecessarily. SHE did not. She even called im a colleague for backup. I admire her honesty and professionalism. ONE PRICK & she got the job done. My wait was short.... read full comment
