We had to wait about half an hour after our appointment.
Quest sent a survey, after I expressed my disappointment, the survey reported and error. The same thing happened to another patient. Looks like they manipulate their survey data.

Every time I go to this Quest location in Riverhead, I have the best experience. Setting up an appointment online is easy peasy. The morning of the test I get a text with a link that I can click on when I get there to check in, no kiosk needed. Right away my name is on the TV screen and I am called in within minutes- bada bing, bada boom. Staff members are always pleasant and professional. I also bring my adult son with autism here and they are absolutely amazing with him. The results are ready online so quickly too!! This is the ONLY place I will get bloodwork done.

The technician, so sorry I forgot her name was professional and polite. My veins are hard to find. She acknowledged that and promised she would not prick me unnecessarily. SHE did not. She even called im a colleague for backup. I admire her honesty and professionalism. ONE PRICK & she got the job done. My wait was short. Well done!

I don’t know why the reviews are poor, since my experience was top-notch. I made an appointment by phone; texted my check-in; saw my name on the screen for my appointment; and was called back 2 minutes later. The phlebotomist was kind, pleasant and drew blood without issue. I recommend this location. My only issue with laboratories in general, is there unwillingness to offer à la cart services. As in, a Lyme panel, for example. Everything must be prescribed, etc. I wish New York healthcare would trust the client with their own healthcare decisions which is more proactive than reactive healthcare.

I was met with professionalism, compassion, and respectable attitude toward clients. Being that I'm still afraid of needles, she didn't tease me when I asked about the butterfly. 😆 😆 it's the little things that mean a lot.

I was seen by nurse Cara who was exceptional. I had a problem with Medicare approval of one test. She went over & beyond to help resolve the problem by calling my doctor's office and providing him with the necessary code which she researched to expedite the approval. She was kind, patient, thorough, professional throughout & excellent in drawing my blood.

Avoid this place. Go to another lab or company. Quest is understaffed, not on time, and there’s no staff present in reception to ask questions or to talk to or to help with signing in.
Wait times are not accurate!. The company doesn’t value your time. The phlebotomists that are there are working hard and very polite.

I had an excellent experience with Quest at this location. I made an appointment online. Check in was a breeze. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Very short wait time. Extremely courteous and efficient service.
