BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! My parents, sister, boyfriend and I stayed here this past Thursday through Sunday. I woke up with some bug bites on Saturday but didn't think it was anything more than spending time outside with mosquitoes. Sunday morning I woke up with dozens of bites all over my face, scalp, neck, chest, arms, and legs. Still, there's no way I thought it would be bed bugs, as I am uber hygienic and germaphobic. Bed bugs don't discriminate. I did more research and found out that the shape of these bites had to be bed bugs. When I got back home, I was still hoping that I just got attacked by mosquitoes but left my suitcase outside my bedroom overnight. The next morning, I found the first bed bug in my suitcase. I found more later in the day. I cannot urge you NOT to stay here anymore. Not worth the risk. My family also is dealing with the bed bug bites and we all stayed in separate, non-connected rooms. I have already spent hundreds of dollars on dry cleaning and will be out somewhere around $500 for bed bug treatment, not to mention the dermatologist appointment I have to go to due to an allergic reaction (hives) to the bites on my neck. I reported this to Marriott and was told that I would receive a full refund and the manager would call me today to discuss this. A full refund is the bare minimum. I would have paid double to avoid this entire mess. Can't even begin to quantify the emotional distress this has caused. In case this wasn't clear, the hotel manager never called and my full refund has yet to be issued. -1000 stars

Stayed for four nights. Our room needed maintenance. The bathroom door was broken as was the bathroom vanity. There was a drip coffee maker but no pot for it. We asked for fresh towels and washcloths every day. Also asked that the bed be made every day. All that happened only once. We had to go to the desk for towels, washcloths, and toilet paper. And on the bed there was no fitted sheet. We woke up on a bare mattress every day.

Amazing experience. Staff was so kind helpful and friendly. The kids loved all the pools and hot tubs they had a blast hanging out. Beautiful outdoor patio areas for lounging can bbq hang by the fire. The breakfast in the morning is the best. It’s like ordering out they have something for everybody we eat like champs where we’re here. Felt like being in a Caribbean resort the manager comes around in the morning saying hello and greeting everyone adding good vibes to start your day off. Always a great experience when we come to stay here. Want to give a special thank you to housekeeper Isabella and front desk Erika. My nonverbal son left his favorite stuffed animal he sleeps with every night. They went to great lengths to find it and were so kind and understanding to our panic as this item was invaluable to us. Can not thank them enough.!!

Rooms: Rooms were clean but amenities lacking. Coffee machine did not work, tiny bar soap. Excellent breakfast made up for disappointments.

Do not even waste your hard earned money here, no matter how tempting the prices are. It is absolutely filthy, they have carpeted floors like it’s the 90’s which is holding a mildew musty in all of the rooms we asked to see. The pillows on the beds smelled like wet dog or raw meat, the couch was covered in gross brown stains, couldn’t even let my daughter use it as a sofa bed because of how grossed out we all were. I cleaned the handles and surfaces with a clorox wipe and to my surprise, it was grey and dirty after! The shower curtains were cloth and covered in brown stains, along with the towels and the bathroom walls had what looked like coffee stains splattered all over it. We ended up sleeping in our car and just using the room as a place to hold our clothes and to shower (very uncomfortably might I add)

This is a great hotel in general.
First, location, as the Tanger Mall is right across the street from the hotel, and within 10 mins you have both Costco & BJ’s, Walmart & Stop & Shop, Applebee’s & Panera Bread & Starbucks, and Splish Splash and Long Island Aquarium. And from the Queens, it takes about an hour trip.
Second, the decor inside the hotel, as it looks like it has been built recently as it is very clean both the lobby area and inside the room. The carpet in the room blends well with the wall & furniture color, and two light stands next to the bed are bright enough without the lights on the ceiling.
Third, it provides good amenities to the customers with two heated pools both in & out, along with laundry room, exercise room & ATM machines, and small store that has drinks, snacks & medicines.
Now the downside. One, one of the window screens are torn & must be replaces to prevent insects.
Also, the drain in the kitchen sink is clogged up, as the water drains so slow. The frying pan shows its age, as despite pouring enough oil, the food still sticks and has to scrape it. These things, I think, are easy-fix & does not diminish our great experience at this premise.
Overall, definitely stay here again.

This hotel is great!!! From the moment you walk in there is friendly staff (who aren’t even annoyed when it’s late at night and you realize you need extra pillows for the kids!) who are patient and super resourceful as far as good food places and things to do. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool AND hot tub with tons of space and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable! The included breakfast in the morning beats any other I’ve been to and the area has so much for families to do! Recommending for anyone and everyone!
Rooms: Huge amount of room, comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you need in the suites, clean bathroom with plenty of towels
Nearby activities: Aquarium, raceway, shopping!

The front deck guy was a stupendous concierge. Professional and kind. The rooms were BEAUTIFUL the pool the jacuzzi all were clean and comfy.
