Had been looking for a jeep wrangler for months but nothing struck jy fancy until I went to Riverhead Jeep… perfect wrangler staring at he as soon as I pulled in… Salesman Phil flipped me the keys …. 45 minutes later I returned and told Phil to prepare contracts!!!… outstanding Jeep just what I had been looking for … oh, and Phil is absolutely the BEST SUTO SALESNAN I HAVE EVER GAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH!!!!… 5+ stars… knowledgeable, friendly ( great sense of humor) and very professional!!!… so grateful for his help, I will definitely be dealing with him and Riverhead Auto again!!!… Outstanding Experience… I highly recommend them!!!!

Don’t bring your car there. I made an appointment to have an issue looked at. Dropped off car at 6am before they opened. No call no update had to call a bunch of times to finally 10 minutes before closing to find out that they didn’t even look at car. Explanation they had other cars to get out first . If that’s the case then why bother with appointments. A phone call the night before would’ve sufficed to let me know that you are overbooked and you cannot take on any additional business . Instead you wasted my time. I took my car to another dealership. I wouldnt buy a car from them . If you can’t rely on good service after a purchase why give them the business. They don’t deserve 1 star , should be zero !!! Just go look at their yelp reviews . Same complaints !!!

5 weeks without my truck. Lie after lie after lie. Run away from this place! Seriously awful company just awful the worst service I ever got for anything. I am actually going to call my lawyer today! I have never been treated this bad. Reading reviews i see I'm not alone. Alot of replies were sorry please call. Yet same crappy reviews over and over. If you don't fix the problems then please save the we care bla bla bla nonsense!

If I could give you zero stars I would ! Not because of the sales team, they’re all great, very happy with my purchasing experience of a Ram 1500 in 2023. It’s the service department that lost it. 90 % of the time I do my own oil changes, in March of 2025 I had to bring my truck in for a recall, while it was there I had them do an oil change, this week I did the next oil change myself, what do I find, the drain plug was put on ridiculously tight, it took a breaker bar to loosen it. The filter they put on not a Mopar brand but some aftermarket brand that I never heard of and it was loose and seeping oil. Then I noticed that there was a cellophane shield over the opening that was only partially removed still covering the rubber gasket and some of the holes, no wonder it wasn’t tight and leaking ! This is very serious it could have caused major engine damage and still might ! A simple oil change and you couldn’t do it correctly ! I have video proof of this and am probably going to pay a visit to the service manager. Shame on you, disrespectful thieves !

My wife and I took our car for a service there. Beautiful new building, and the best staff I've encountered at a car dealership. Very friendly and professional. They treat you like family even if its your first time walking in there.
