My interaction with the team over at Riverhead Mazda service department was so impressive that I came back the following week to purchase a second car!!! Again I was treated with respect and a knowledgeable team effort to ensure my needs were met. Special Thanks to my sales advisor Robyn who made herself available to me even during her time off to answer questions and assisted with connecting me to onsite staff promptly. Gerson (sales manager) worked together seamlessly with Robyn from start of sale until the end. Again Riverhead Mazda Team went way above and beyond!

Phenomenal SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! Thank you Greg Williams and your ENTIRE Service Team for providing me with respect. After purchasing a Mazda from another dealer in Huntington not only were you able to finally fix an on going issue that I had been having since day of purchase (from them the previous year) but you and your team went above and beyond to rectify my relationship with Mazda after their dealership dismissed and minimized my issue (while failing to present the product that I paid for with my hard earned money). You were HONEST, informative and attentive the moment I walked in which made my experience easy and amazing. Good people are hard to find, thank you for being one. I am so happy and will not hesitate to be a return customer with you and your team at Riverhead Mazda. THANK YOU!!!!

Robyn was very friendly, detail oriented and helpful. She walked us thru the whole sales process from the beginning to the end so that it was pretty smooth. Sales manager Gerson was great too.

I must say that Mazda Service Advisor GM, Greg went above and beyond his duties as his title upholds. My partner had his vehicle at the shop to get new tires, while on my way back, to get tires from Mavis(whole other story) he went out of his way to come and help me put on my tire on my car(my car was not in for Mazda service, but helped anyway) when I had a small accident due to flying shrapnel. There is way more positive to this but not enough space to write. Greg, Josh and Rudy are truly great people who go above and beyond.

Amazing experience from start to finish! I had been shopping around various Mazda dealerships for deals on a hatchback and Riverhead were the most transparent and communicative, and understanding of my busy schedule. They were honest about everything and were very accommodating when I visited. I’m very happy with my hatch!

From the moment we walked in, Robyn made us feel welcome, safe, and excited to get into a new Mazda. She gave us options to consider without pressure and was a helpful partner in our decision-making. We decided to lease for the first time because that made sense for us for the short term, but we know we’re Riverhead Mazda customers for the long haul!

Riverhead Mazda is the best Mazda dealership on island to work with and get the car from, I got my Mazda CX-50 from there, Gerson Vargas is the best of the best, he helped us so much, made the process of buying the car much simpler and efficient and we were able to leave with the car in short period of time. He is very honest, straightforward and beyond helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied and happy, thank you so much Gerson for all you did to help us, much appreciated.

My experience has been over the top. I am so impressed with the way. The team works together one’s not higher than the other. They showed such willingness. I was very impressed. I didn’t get that attention at all at Jeep. I came back the next day to have the sales rep. Manny look at my radio and he corrected it right away so what the problem was did not hesitate whatsoever he had the time for me instantaneously Very very nice man real gentleman, real gentleman very easy to deal with I will highly highly recommend the dealership

I just got my 2025 Mazda CX-50 2.5 Turbo Meridian Edition AWD from Riverhead Mazda, and it’s awesome! The process was so easy, and I got a great trade-in value. Jefferson, Gerson, and Jennifer made everything smooth and welcoming. As a new dealership, I wish them all the best—they’ve earned it! I’m really happy with my purchase.

My husband and I had the absolute best experience at Riverhead Mazda! Most dealerships are very pushy but not here. Our saleswoman Robyn was so sweet and patient with us, she truly wanted us to be happy with whatever we picked. We were without any vehicle when we showed up to the dealership, we had to take the bus there. Jennifer was so incredibly kind and drove us home! The next day they sent Johnny to pick us up from our home to pick up our car. Also the manager Gerson is very nice and professional! It truly felt like a family atmosphere there and I highly recommend Riverhead Mazda to anyone, they will take care of you! Thank you to everyone who helped us we are so grateful!
