Entire purchase, trade-in, and p-u was stress free. My sales guy was amazing, his manager was great, finance manager was excellent. What i liked the most...there was never any pressure to purchase anything...they gave you time and space to make decisions. Great experience.

usually have pleasant experiences here - however our most recent service visit was very disappointing and i now have an overall lack of trust with the service team. upon returning to the car after the service (which was just an oil change) i opened our glove box to keep the receipt there. i immediately noticed a lug nut removal tool that had not been there before, as well as 3 cigarettes missing from a brand new, sealed pack? i understand there are signs about leaving valuables behind - i didn’t consider the cigarettes valuable and do not care they are missing - but i feel very disturbed by the invasion of privacy and lack of respect. there was no reason to be in the glovebox at all. our service advisor spoke to whoever worked on the car and they claimed the tool was already in our car (it 1000% was not, this car is only 2 months old and the glove box only had the cigarettes, matches, paperwork, and a tire gauge.) she insisted that it was ours and we keep it. even though we just bought our car at this dealership i do not know how i feel about returning for future services. i would consider locking your glovebox when coming here for services, or going elsewhere. it was especially disappointing being gaslighted and told that the tool was ours when we had NEVER seen it in our life. i guess the service person thought it was a good trade for the cigarettes they stole.

I bought my 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro from Riverhead Toyota. I had a hard bed cover installed by the dealer before I picked up the truck. After having the truck for 6 weeks I noticed the cover was leaking. Not the normal few drops when it rains but a lot of water was getting in. I went to the dealership at first I got the run around then one of the service reps - James Wilson got involved. He went out of his way to find out who installed the cover and what needed to be done to get it fixed. It was nice to see someone who takes pride in his job and who puts the customers satisfaction first !!! I am happy to say after our recent rain storm I had minimal water in the truck bed. James is the kind of employee every business owner wishes they have !!! Thanks again for your help James !!!!

The first car dealership I've ever had a completely positive experience in start to finish. I am absolutely blown away by how smoothly and easily everything occurred from first conversation to taking the keys and driving home in a new car. The entire service and finance department were phenomenal and helped every step of the way. Would recommend anyone looking for a toyota to skip shopping at other dealers and go straight here it'll be worth it.

Working with Paul Kohn was the most seamless & easy car experience I've ever had. I spent less than an hour in total at the dealership between the initial visit & picking up my vehicle, the rest of the process was done via text efficiently & on my own schedule. Gone are the days of losing a whole day as you go back & forth waiting at the dealership. Paul was incredibly helpful & responsive to all my inquiries to ensure I had all the options & information needed to make the best decision for me. I was pleasantly surprised to get my car earlier than expected & to find they included roof racks & all weather mats on the house. On top of that Paul thought of every detail & small touch & sent me off with a bottle of champagne & Velcro stickers for my EZ Pass. I can't recommend working with Paul at Riverhead Toyota enough if you want a seamless, no BS, efficient, & thoughtful car shopping experience.
